My husband and I were moving into our first home and I wanted guidance on how to update the 25-year-old house, primarily the kitchen. We had a limited budget for the interior design as we were planning to spend a good bit on the kitchen update. Charity worked within our budget and gave us materials suggestions for the kitchen and colors for many rooms in the house. We used her ideas as the base as we moved forward with our own ideas. A year later as we continue to update the house, I go back to the color samples suggested by Charity to remember the overall design for the house. The fee we paid basically paid for itself as many stores will give discounts if you are working with a designer. I plan to go back to Charity in the future for window treatments once the budget allows it again. Overall, I was extremely happy with Charity's service and style and her understanding that we were trying to decorate slowly and on a budget.

I was remodeling a kitchen and first floor. I basically needed help picking out colors, and window treatments. I only met with Charity a few times to tell her my style. She picked out the perfect colors and materials. Charity is very professional and always gets back you right away if you have questions or concerns. She is very flexible and works with your schedule. I am so happy with our new kitchen and would recommend her services. When people see our kitchen, one of the first things they say is how beautiful the window treatments are!

Working with Charity & Elan Interiors has been a wonderful experience. My husband and I built our home 2 years ago and and had a blank canvas. After a few meetings, Charity got a feel for what our design style was and presented a beautiful plan for our home. Her ideas and vision had great elements of interest. From the painting and wallpaper, fabrics and furniture selection, her attention to detail is amazing! She consulted us as needed and made sure everything was perfect. We really couldn't be happier. Executing what she promised couldn't have gone better. She is extremely professional and the results are incredible.

I hired Charity Buchika of Elan Interiors to re- design the dining room in my historic 1905 dutch colonial. I was looking for an interior designer who would honor the history of my home while still giving it a modern flair. I am a professional in the field of architecture and knew I needed to find that special person with the talent I was looking for, Charity was that and so much more! I made a point over the last few years of following her work, her design is bold, yet timeless, she is gifted with color, texture and pattern in a way I have seen few designers be able to capture. She has that "It" factor that all of us are looking for and often can not find. I feel like a Queen when I enter my dining room each evening, the room is absolute perfection filled with elegance, warmth and drama. Charity was a joy to work with on a day to day basis, she is a great listener and valued my input. Without a doubt I will be looking to hire her again for several projects including a major renovation of my kitchen. Have fun hiring Charity for your next project!

Decorating my home has always been important to me. With my husband and I and our two small children we want a welcoming balance of elegance and feeling of warmth in our home. I wanted a beautiful design while still feeling like you can "kick your legs up" and have the kids be able to run around. Charity has come into my home and help do just that. She has done every window treatment in my home and they never go unnoticed by anyone who walks in my house. Elan Interiors turned my dark and dated home into a dream home. Every time I walk in my home or invite guests in, the response is always pleasant. I hired Elan to make over my kitchen, dining room, half bath, mudroom and laundry room. The results were stunning. The process was fairly simple. I met with Charity and showed her a number of photos I had been collecting over the years. Charity took notes and discussed ideas with me then came back with a few designs to choose from. Fast forward to today, am I now have a bright gorgeous kitchen,amazing organized mudroom, a dream laundry room with a folding counter that also serves as a gift wrapping station! Our half bath is stunning and we now have a large back closet that also serves as a pantry. Elan Interiors did a phenomanal job making use of every single square foot available. Since the renovation, we hired Elan to design our window treatments which are stunning. I am now hiring them, again, to help turn our outdated master bath into a show piece! I would rate Elan Interiors an 11 out of ten!

Creative. Beautiful fabric choices. Always timely with input and answers to questions. I would definitely work with her again on future projects.
