For four decades we have been doing award winning home remodeling and home repair in Edmonds, Shoreline, North Seattle and Bellevue. We are proud that each and every one of our projects makes a difference in our clients’ lives. After all, home is the best place to rest, re-group and have fun! Great results come from our expert planning and personalized design. We take great care in using well organized systems for low stress home remodeling. Our team approach begins with client requests; our highest goal is customer satisfaction. Project developers discuss plans with clients at length to determine what is of highest priority on the “wish list.” A team approach is then employed to develop innovative, cost effective projects. Our designs have won numerous national, regional and local awards. In March 2013, we were featured on the cover of Qualified Remodeler magazine. The size of projects we take on range from minor kitchen updates to complete design and tear down of existing homes. Top of the line company, with an extremely helpful staff, I have an experienced Project Developer who keeps me up to date with what is going on with my project, has weekly meetings to make sure everything is being done properly and on budget. He assigned a Site Manager that has been courteous and helpful, ready to assist or answer any question I have. They are very professional, very helpful, very dependable!! They truly take the experience that was so stressful and full of anxiety and turned it into a relaxed, peaceful experience because I can feel confident that my job is being done properly, on schedule and within my budget. Every week I learn exactly where the job is at and what the plan is for the week to come. They give a fixed bid price which is great because I know exactly what I am looking at needing to finish my project. I cannot imagine getting a better managed project anywhere else. I will use Chermak for any project or repair that I ever have again. They show that they care about me and my home, and take time to explain it all giving me confidence that I can depend on them. I would recommend them to EVERYONE!!

Kitchen remodel, including removal of a wall, all new cabinets, counters, island, wood floors and paint. Everyone we dealt with at Chermak was wonderful. I wish we could redo the rest of our house!

As an architectural photographer I see a lot of beautiful remodeling projects. The comprehensive approach and attention to detail that goes into each of Chermak Construction's projects is second to none. If quality is your primary objective, you needn't look further!
