Since 1978, Cherry Creek began as a wood window and door manufacturing company in 1978 with a specialty focus on replacement windows for pre-1940 Seattle homes. The Cherry Creek product line was developed to match and maintain the look and charm of older Seattle homes while updating the efficiency and function. As time went on alternate building materials began to gain popularity in the Window and Door industry. Some of these materials were better suited for various architectural styles and extreme exposures. We decided it would be best to keep our own manufacturing facility doing what it did best and partner with other quality built window and door companies to provide the products that were gaining popularity in the higher end markets. Over the years we refined the brands to what we consider the best available. In 2015 we halted our production facility and partnered with Stile Windows and Doors to manufacture the "Cherry Creek Series" product line to Cherry Creek's specifications. We have two showrooms: one in Wallingford (for walk in's and homeowners) and one in SODO (for trade professionals). Authorized Retailer Cherry Creek is an authorized retailer for all brands we carry. We stand behind our products and services and our manufacturers stand behind us. This means you can count on your products to have full manufacturer warranties.
