Chicago Roof Deck & Garden

We committed to a 3 part project inclusive of garage deck, rear patio, and roof top deck. Each space different in anticipated use. CDRG was instrumental in guiding us through the permitting challenges and structural issues we encountered along the way. Likewise, Covid presented resource issues which CDRG effectively navigated to keep our projects afloat and ongoing. Management, design team and project management coordinated and communicated with us effectively to initiate changes we wanted to make mid project - and communicated their challenges to us so that all parties were consistent in expectations and future timeframes. Quality of materials and craftsmanship are both outstanding and timeless - we couldn’t be more satisfied with our outdoor spaces.

We had a full garage renovation and deck build out. Chicago Roof Deck had fantastic experience and made sure each step of the project was handled correctly and effortlessly from our perspective. When complications or change orders from me or my wife occurred CRD worked with us to find a way to make it work. We will absolutely use them again. Easy to work with and a beautiful project that we will use for years.

We worked with Jake on the design process for our 800 sq ft terrace. It was a raw space and Jake was able to take our limited vision and design a beautiful outdoor space for our family that included planters, an outdoor fireplace and TV. The process seamlessly transitioned to the construction phase and we were very pleased with the quality of work and timing. These guys are great. Very happy with the experience.

I used Chicago Roof Deck and Garden to build my rooftop deck on my new Chicago place. They were wonderful to work with. Going in I wasn't 100% sure what I was looking for and they gave me many options to choose from. The design process was great and they walked me through the whole process. They coordinated well with the AV guys and whomever else needed to be there. I now have a wonderful deck with TV, fridge, kegerator, grill, etc all wonderfully built in and looking good. The end result was beautiful and has made it a pleasure to be up on the roof this summer.

Kassie was our designer. She was excellent to work with. It was really fun to come home at the end of the day to see how much had been accomplished. We have nothing but praise for Kassie and Chicago Roof Deck & Garden!

Chicago Roof Deck & Garden did a wonderful job on our deck. Our designer Kassie was really easy to work with and very responsive. She was also very patient with our questions and our sometimes slow decision making. As far as the work is concerned, it was done quickly and professionally. (It was spring time in Chicago, so there were some understandable weather delays.) They added a pergola, outdoor kitchen, an island, a fire pit, and a separate bar area. The craftsmanship is high quality and so are the materials. The sink, refrigerator, grill, and fire pit all look great and work even better. All in all, we had a wonderful experience with Chicago Roof Deck & Garden and would recommend them.
