I have employed the services of DEDE K Contracting Group several times over the last 5 years for the following types of jobs within my building portfolio; Local Law 11 facade repairs, full gut roof repairs, bulkhead repairs, major gas riser riser replacement in 66 unit rental building that took 6 weeks to complete, market rate vacancy renovations, Mitchell-lama vacancy renovations. He would design/recommend creative itchens/bathrooms for owner that save money and allow the owner to raise market rents by 50-100%. His workmanship is outstanding and treats his clients with the upmost respect. All his jobs and work are completed with the upmost perfection. Truly a consumate professional that can be trusted to get the job done.
