We have had several projects since April which include a rebuild of an above trellis at the entrance of our breezeway between house and garage. We couldn't be happier! Chris built a support for our wisteria so no harm to the plant would happen. The trellis is lovely and sturdy! Our most recent is an installation of new French doors front and back on our breezeway. Our entrance is a rounded arch. Chris with very crafted workmanship essentially placed a square door in a rounded arch. Chris's craftsmanship is awesome! In addition, Chris refreshed our kitchen with painted cabinets and countertop! Again, we are so happy! Chris and Jasmine work so well together. Jasmine keeps one up to date with the schedule and projected timeliness and Chris is the craftsman. Chris and Jasmine are extremely professional and personable. My husband Dan and I truly like working with Chris and Jasmine and will continue to do so in the near future!

We recently hired Modern Craftsman Remodeling Company to fully remodel our basement- and honestly, we couldn't have made a better choice. There was basically nothing in the space except some rough, leftover work from previous homeowners. More importantly, we stopped spending weekends at Home Depot wandering the aisles like lost souls! Letting Chris and Jasmine handle everything, gave us the freedom to do what we actually enjoy: spending time with our family. Now the basement has become a favorite hangout spot for the kids. In fact, it's our new ritual to head down there for movie nights. It's been so much more than just a renovation. It has added joy and togetherness to our home. We cannot recommend this team enough. Chris was extremely fast and efficient, he was also very easy to work with. The bathroom floors he did for us look amazing, and his choice of finishing materials made everything look so much better than we expected. I was so happy with his work and I expect to hire him again the next time we need work done around the house.

Jasmine and Chris were great to work with. They completed various improvements projects throughout our home, and declutterring/organizing service. They were professional and always provided clear communication, which I appreciated greatly. Their work on our home was excellent. With their help, our home had competing offers within two days, and sold for $10k over asking.

Chris put in a new shower and countertops in my condo when I was preparing to sell. I really liked his work and work ethic and he had just completed a first-floor renovation for my cousin - including a new kitchen - which turned out beautifully, so it was a no brainer when I bought my townhouse that he should do the work. My townhouse was built in 1993 and although the Primary Bath had been slightly changed, the rest of the house had never been updated. It was an 8-week project that basically turned into a whole house renovation which included 3 full baths, a new kitchen, new hardwood floors, laminate floors and carpeting, building up walls, a new front door, new ceiling and wall fixtures and painting of the whole house. Everything turned out beautifully. Chris was easy to work with, explained why things could be done or couldn’t be done and we came up with solutions. I would highly recommend Chris for any job you need.

I recently hired Chris with Modern Craftsman Remodeling to paint my entire condo unit, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his work.
