Christie was able to bring our very different aesthetics together in a cohesive design that really included both of our personalities and ideas! Her whole team was so helpful and caring every step of the way. After we spent years of back and forth without a designer to help and not really sure exactly what we wanted, she was able to really bring a whole picture together that completely transformed our space. Christie was really able to hear our ideas and make them come to life! All work and installation was done professionally and with extra care.

This is the second time we worked with Christie Kenny Interiors on our home (this time on a kitchen remodel.) Chirstie and her team did not disappoint! From design concept thru installation Christie and her team were there every step of the way! Christie orginazation and communication are top notch and her design was gorgeous! We are so happy with how the kitchen turned out and will definitely work with her team again in the future!

We utilized CKI for an extensive basement remodel as well as updates in our kitchen. We couldn't be happier with the results. Christie and her associates Linda and Kassidy were very professional throughout the entire process from design and picking out our flooring, furnishings wall colors, and through construction and delivery. Very communicative throughout the process. Christie and her team helped take us a bit out of our "comfort zone" in colors and fabrics, for example, but in the best possible way. My husband and I were truly overwhelmed with our house renovation especially since the house we purchased was a midcentury modern and it wasn’t our particular style but the water views were amazing so we decided to take the challenge and renovate instead of tearing down. Our builder introduced us to Christie and she was invested in our project from early architectural plans to the final touch ups. Over the 4 year renovation, Christie and our builder worked together seamlessly with each other and my family. She gave us the option of how involved we wanted to be with the design elements and we chose the middle ground of not having choices made for us but presented with a few options that she had narrowed down from thousands of options. Christie is truly a magician as with her creative style she coaxed us into appreciating the midcentury modern elements, and made an overwhelming renovation into a truly enjoyable and unique passion project. We hired Christie to help with our kitchen/bathroom/mudroom remodel and we absolutely love the results! It had been 18 years since I did any styling with our house. I was spurred into action by some damage to our walls by a bad ice dam one winter. Once that was fixed, I both needed to recarpet my entire house, and wanted to update my family room and bedroom for years, but couldn’t seem to find the direction I wanted to go in. I knew I needed some help. I started looking online for reviews about interior designers. I did look at portfolios but the most important thing to me was what clients thought about the actual designer. I feel like I might be easily swayed into accepting their style when it really might not be something that I deeply liked, because that had happened to me before. Christie Kenny’s reviews uniformly talked about how easy she was to work with, how caring she was, and about how she got to know her clients and what THEY liked and wanted. Boy, were those reviews right! And now, I can add 1 more testimonial to that list! I have been working with Christie since 2021. My original project was going to take a little while because of all the Covid delays. On top of this, I called Christie to reschedule more times than I would have ever imagined because I was taking care of my Mom and her health was failing. There seemed to always be an emergency happening. Christie was ALWAYS caring, comforting and would work around whatever was happening on my end. She is completely professional but so much more. She is also a wonderful person. She got to know me and my personal situation. She has become a good friend, but one who REALLY knows design! More importantly, she took the time and listened to me and now really knows my style and what I like! Christie and I have worked on several projects together and she is by far and away the most organized, decisive and accessible designer I have ever worked with. Her plans are well thought out and clearly written which translates to easy execution. Christie was recommended to us by our architect. I really needed to work with someone who could guide me on the art and science of design. I had a bit of a vision of what I wanted but didn't know how or if it would all work together. I still remember Christie saying that when you have a well designed space, people will walk in and say, "oh what a nice space" and then they will start noticing the thoughtful details and start saying "oh look at that, oh look at that". We wrapped up our project in May of 2020 and therefore no one walked into the space. As we have emerged from pandemic life and are having people in our home again, exactly what she said is happening. People say, "Oh this is nice" and then start noticing depth of details that Christie added to our vision. Christie encouraged my husband and I to make the personal choices of finishes we liked and used her talented and skilled design eye to make those choices look natural and cohesive.

Christie and team have been amazing! Although I love interior design I had no idea where to start when we bought our first home. I didn’t even know what look and feel I wanted or how to put my blurred vision together. When I contacted Christie to help with the interior of our new home, I could tell she was really listening to every word I was saying. I struggled with furniture placement, decor, and overall how to make the design of each room flow throughout the house. Everything she advised us on was perfect and watching our house come together with her expertise has been amazing. Christie Kenny has amazing talent and creativity! She put so much effort forth in getting to know our family including our likes and dislikes.
