Michael Shannon and his team were absolute professionals in the upgrade & replacement of my roof, siding, & associated trim for my residence. Everything was carefully planned & communicated in advance. The execution of the work was timely and complete. Great experience.

Colonial redid our siding, replaced our windows and repaired our portico. Chas from sales was great! He gave some very helpful suggestions and made sure that we were happy with our options at every step. Mike (project manager) was great as well. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. The punch list was small and was dealt with immediately.
