Our experience with Colorado Custom Design + Build was absolutely incredible! Our entire process with Josh and his team was positive and FUN! We enjoyed every minute of working with Josh because he made it easy. The communication was incredible. We knew our exact budget (which we actually stayed under), dates of when his subs would be working and a clear timeline of what we could expect. Josh personally came to our job site every single day to check progress and make sure all was done correctly. Josh is honest, smart, kind and a visionary. When I explained my ideas and plans, he listened and then male them a reality. He is so smart and competent, not to mention a fun, positive person to be around. He brought great energy to the home every time he was there. I was also incredibly impressed because when he told me which sub contractors were coming and when, they ALL showed up when he said they would. His crews were also highly professional. He works with great sub contractors. They were kind, honest and clean. They communicated clearly and were skilled craftsman. If was enjoyable all around. The whole experience was awesome and the end result is WAY better than we could have anticipated. I can't wait to build with Colorado Custom again. The work, communication, craftsmanship and process were all very positive! Very grateful for Josh and his team.

Garage addition that turned into SO much more!

Josh (CCD&B) was fantastic to work with. Flexible, knowledgeable, organized, and can remember facts and details. Even with multiple "hey, can we also do this?", or "hoping to add .... to the project?", he never once missed a beat. He was also cost conscious without skimping in any way. When you consider the labor and supply shortage that is so 2021, his work is even more impressive. Absolutely fabulous communication, answering questions, providing ideas and information, steering us toward a better idea if he had one. If you ever need work done, use Colorado Custom Design & Build, you'll be happy you did. We are unbelievably happy with the final product.

If you're looking for a home builder or a remodel, stop your search now - Josh at Colorado Custom is the BEST! Josh helped us through the entire process, from home design to final product. Each step in the process was delivered flawlessly. We were kept informed at each step and decision point. When we weren't sure exactly what we wanted, Josh was always there to give his expert opinion and recommendation. I can be overwhelmed by too many options, but Josh took the time to get to know us and our preferences and was able to narrow options to a short list of things that he knew we would like. Most important, we knew the status of our expenses and budget throughout the project- no surprises! Being aware of expenses allowed us to decide where we wanted to spend more and where we could cut to offset costs. This was our first custom home build, and I had heard some horror stories about the building experience (different builders). I can honestly say this was the smoothest project ever! Josh has my highest recommendation!! So, if you're looking for a builder - look no farther - you won't be disappointed.

Josh with Colorado Custom Build was our builder in 2017. He is very conscience about details. We were able to meet with him once a week to discuss any concerns or ideas, then we were able to be at the house during the build quite a bit and was able to get to know his crew. After the build was complete we have a beautiful home that fits all our needs. We had a great experience and would definitely use Josh again.

It was great to work with Colorado Custom on the construction of our home addition and outdoor living area. Before we started our project, we visited numerous homes which Colorado Custom designed and built. We were very impressed with the attention to detail and craftsmanship that each of the properties held. Mr. Francis handled our project entirely from the design phase all the way through the final touches. His insight into the design and functionality of the building and space, down to the smallest details really made the finished product better than we imagined! We were pleased with his knowledge of cutting edge technology, energy efficiency and design. If any issues occurred during construction he was prompt and had everything handled. We were very pleased with our experience of working with Colorado Custom and would highly recommend them.

Josh with CCMD was a great GC to work with. We hired CCMD for remodel of kitchen, living room, study and bathroom. Josh is well seasoned in many areas of construction. He has en excellent understanding of work flow and timing. Now with that being said, we did have some delays with materials which did slow things down. Josh was on top of it to get the ball rolling again as soon as the late materials arrived. Josh also seems to have a special knack for visualizing a space and incorporating storage and a smooth clean look before you could have imagined it yourself. Overall Josh is creative and flexible while always striving for quality. We'd hire him again!
