As a landscape designer I have been working with Nava and Ilan for many years. Not only are their fire pits gorgeous but their white glove service is impeccable! My clients really enjoy working with Concrete Creations.

Our 60" firebowl is a stunning centerpiece on the patio. Nava was great to work with and helped us choose the firebowl size, burner and color. We ordered our firebowl based on photos and descriptions from their website so her recommendations were critical to making the right choices. It looks gorgeous during the day and throws wonderful heat from the generous flame in the evening while the perimeter of the bowl stays cool to the touch. We ordered a concrete fire bowl for our Houston, Texas home almost 10 years ago from Nava. It was delivered on time and has weathered so very well. We did replace the interior gas mechanisms approximately 3 years ago and Nave, once again, was professional and so helpful. Working with Nava and Concrete Creations has been exceptional. From start to finish, Nava has been amazing in terms of being helpful, friendly, informative and very quick to respond to questions. She has truly gone above and beyond anything I've experienced dealing with vendors. We ordered the Simplicity Edge Fire Pit in 2016. As it had to be shipped from LA to CT, it was impressive to see how well it was packed. It arrived in perfect shape, the directions for setting it up were well done. It's a beautiful addition to our backyard. I cannot rate this company, and Nava, highly enough.

During a 2016 remodel of the back yard, I planned on a fire bowl as the centerpiece. Of all companies I reviewed, I kept coming back to Concrete Creations. Their offerings are far and above better than competitors. Nava walked me through the entire process, answering all my questions along the way. Delivery was painless, setup simple. Three years on, I still love our 44" Simplicity Edge Fire Bowl. At 180,000 BTUs, it provides more than enough heat in the cool Pacific Northwest. Nava still answers questions -- amazing customer service. When we move, if we don't take this with us, we'll be purchasing another from Concrete Creations.

The center of our courtyard. When we started the design process for our new courtyard, I never realized how large of a task it was going to be to find an acceptable fire pit. I only wish we would have stumbled onto Nava at Concrete Creations a lot sooner. Nava has provided us with a fire pit that has become the main attraction to the patio. It is absolutely stunning! We used Concrete Creations to do a fire bowl out by our pool. We love the simplicity of the design that complements the rest of our style as well as the outstanding customer service.
