I had the pleasure of working with Cornerstone Construction on the construction of my house, and I have to say that they did an outstanding job. From the initial planning stages to the final touches, the team at Cornerstone Construction showed a high level of professionalism and expertise. They understood the unique challenges of building a home, and they used their knowledge to create a design that maximized the functionality and livability of the space. Throughout the construction process, they kept me informed and involved, making sure that I was happy with every detail. The finished product is nothing short of impressive. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and every aspect of the house is carefully thought out and executed. Cornerstone Construction clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows. We hired Cornerstone Construction for a Master Suite Remodel - bathroom, closet and bedroom and we are extremely pleased with the results. They were informative when we were unsure, they hire top notch specialists and craftsman (electrician, tile, paint, flooring, slab, custom cabinetry, etc.) and they were professional, timely, followed through, etc. And they were kind enough to ignore me when I was walking around in my bathrobe with a towel on my head. Drew, the lead for our site, was extremely friendly, courteous, helpful and super customer focused. His dad, Frank, is a total professional. The business partners they use for flooring (Randy Sanchez) and fixtures were also both excellent. We have a custom vanity and built-in bookshelf that are AMAZING and the steam shower is a slice of heaven. Totally recommend this group of fabulous professionals!

Frank Erickson, the owner, is a good and honest man. As a single women, this was of paramount importance to me. I also appreciated his creative ideas as well as his workmanship. I look forward to working with Cornerstone again in the future.

Frank Erichson and his associates have donea number of commercial and residential remodels for me. He is very reponsive, timely, and most importantly a true craftsman. He always comes up with ideas better than I imagined and executes with precision. He is an artist in his field. I dont say this lightly as he took our home down to 2x4s and built us a spectacular remodel that far exceeded our best dreams. We would be proud to show his work to anyone. Something to add: Frank is patient and takes time to really explore what you want. He is service oriented and a pleasure to work with.

We had the privilege of working with Erichson Construction, now Cornerstone Construction in 2016. Before hiring a contractor we knew the ownership of Erichson Construction, on a personal level and based on this relationship and our understanding of Frank's morals and ethics, as well as his professional experience in the industry, we had no concerns entering into a contract with him. Our contract was for full remodels of 3 bathrooms (including master bath), flooring in master bedroom, removal of a window and installation of a large accordion door, along with some finish exterior work. Needless to say, everything turned out amazing as expected, on time and within budget. Frank’s creativity and attention to detail is an added bonus to Erichson Construction’s/Cornerstone quality workmanship and integrity which has lasting value. We are super satisfied with our decision to hire Erichson Construction/Cornerstone based on these fundamentals and are more than happy with the outcome. We had the privilege of working with Erichson Construction, now Cornerstone Construction September 2016 - January 2017. We had known the Erichson family for many years and were excited to work with them. During the whole construction process we were not disappointed from the bid process to project completion. They were very easy to communicate with on a daily basis and constantly kept us updated on the progress of the addition. The project involved adding a 499 sq ft Master Bedroom/ Bathroom off the back of our existing house. They handled everything very professionally from start to finish including working with the City of San Clemente permitting process. To this day, the final product and quality of workmanship puts a smile on our faces and gets compliments from many visitors. I wish we had more projects for them to complete on our house. We recommend future clients to Cornerstone and will continue to do so with great confidence going forward.

As a design professional, the quality of constuction directly reflects my design abilities and conception of ideas. The entire team at Cornerstone is concerned and enthusiastic to creat the space that is desired by the client and in my case the designer.
