Shaun and Counterra did a positively AMAZING job totally transforming our Kitchen. Shaun's creative ingenuity and inherent talent for color, hardware, spacing are unmatched. It's apparent that Shaun truly cares about his clients and the finished product, as evidenced by all the time he allocated towards our Kitchen. As a result, we can't wait to wake up in the morning and linger over coffee sitting at our gorgeous Quartz island; dinner prep is now a breeze since everything is conveniently right at our fingertips. There was a lot of interaction and the many questions we had, were all answered quickly and always with a smile. We had been wanting to renovate our kitchen for years. When we were finally ready, a friend recommended Shaun Weston at Counterra. After looking at several different places, Shaun came to the house with a variety of samples and gave us many suggestions and ideas. He really listened to our vision and designed a kitchen to that went beyond our expectations. We could not be happier!

Shaun and his crew installed quartz countertops in my kitchen and bathrooms. They were quick and everything was spotless when they left. The countertops look gorgeous!! I would use them again and recommend them highly.

Shaun from Counterra was a pleasure to work with. He is very detailed and precise with his designs and double checks every last measurement to ensure a perfect fit. He helped my client add a pantry to their existing 10 year old kitchen and the update looks seamless! Would HIGHLY recommend.

Shaun designed and helped us pick all of our materials for our completely renovated kitchen and half bath, including the cabinets, hardware, countertops, lighting and even the kitchen sink (a beautiful farmhouse apron sink!) Our project was challenging as we were working with a very old house with an odd-shaped kitchen. But Shaun and Counterra were great - always available to answer questions, trouble-shoot and help on a moment's notice. I think Shaun came to our house at least 5 times to measure, rework the cabinets and make sure everything looked perfect. All of the products we bought through Counterra are top quality yet I felt his prices were the best in the area. Honestly, we never felt like just another customer to Shaun. He took a vested interest in our project with the main goal of making sure we were 100% happy. Shaun is a rare breed and we higher recommend Shaun and Counterra for all your kitchen and bathroom remodeling needs!

Bathroom facelift - cabinets and countertops & countertop for 6' bar Extremely knowledgeable on manufactures. Provided several cabinet options. Provided several options of granite - color, edging, shape, and design. Cleaned and sealed all granite and stone in house. Work was done on time and completed properly. Installers were clean and respectful.

Shaun is professional, courteous and always delivers on what he promises. He will call you back weekends and nights which is when I seem to talk to him. I recommend him to anyone who needs kitchen help, whether it's new or an update. Thank you Ari

The customer service provided to us by Shaun at Counterra was amazing. While designing our kitchen in 2016, he helped us find the most beautiful soap stone to complement our cabinets. He was patient, thorough and helped us stay within our budget and the end result is a perfectly designed, beautiful kitchen. Our cabinets, under counter lighting, hardware and soap stone were all delivered on time. The recycle bin did not make it in the cabinet delivery and Shaun hand delivered it to us within a day. His selection of cabinets, countertops and hardware were all exceptional and he had all price points for us to consider and provided detailed information to help us make our final decisions. Shaun made this experience very easy and we could not be happier with the customer service and end product.

Counterra is a great company to work with. They have great ideas and suggestions with kitchen cabinetry and bathroom vanities. They understand customers needs and are very professional.
