Soon after we bought our new house, we decided to renovate all three bathrooms (ensuite, kids and basement). We reached out to a few contractors and, from the beginning, Billy stood out due to his prompt communication and responsiveness during the estimation process. Cozy Casa's price is also very competitive, which was one the main factors to give them the project. At the beginning, we a bit anxious about the "Contractor's choice" option for the material as we were unsure about the quality we could get. It later proved that the material is high quality, although some may consider the options limited. In our case, we were able to achieve exactly the results we were hoping for. As for the execution, the project started at the set date and finished 3 days before planned!! The crew was very professional and clean, and work diligently to get the project completed on time. We highly recommend Cozy Casa and we would definitely work with Billy again in the future.

Cozy Casa Homes did a meticulous job while working at our house. As part of the Reno, the team redid our kitchen, including new cabinets, sink and countertops. They were able create more storage space and move my microwave off the counter. In addition, the team installed hardwood flooring through the house, painted it and refreshed the powder room. The home looks brand new and we have received several compliments on the way it has turned out. The team was diligent in ensuring that the job was well done. They landed up finishing the project way before the due date on the contract. Everyone on the team is very easy going and really good at what they do. Really glad that we chose Cozy Casa to complete our home reno for us.

This review is overdue since the remodeling was done a year ago. But I can recommend COZY CASA HOMES with more confidence now after seeing their warranty service which was beyond the scope of the Agreement and the condition of the finished project. For our current home, we planned the remodeling of the entire downstairs which included kitchen, family room, living room, powder room, laundry room, gym and bathroom. After interviewing several contractors, we decided to work with COZY CASA HOMES. They were very precise with the budget and timeline while explaining each phase of work in detail; nothing too extravagant or too cheap to achieve. I am not saying that the entire experience was as smooth and rosy as it may sound like; There were some moments of tension and questions on the way like any remodeling project would create. But all within my realistic expectations and any issues were quickly resolved with the sincerity and efforts of Billy and his team. They are such civilized professionals that communication was the best part of the whole project (very rare in the field of construction). The project manager Billy was a god sent and he made the whole experience quite comfortable and sane. Also, all their tradesmen were polite, clean and hardworking (again very rare). I have waited to write a review more than a year because I wanted to see how their warranty service would work out. It was beyond my picky expectations! They are highly responsible for their job and extremely prompt, sincere and efficient with any issues related to their work (they don't seem to care about expenses to make sure all is in a great working condition). I have never seen anyone standing by their work with such solid responsibility. We are done with our home renovation but we will definitely recommend COZY CASA HOMES to our friends and family!

We are very happy with Cozy Casa Homes, Billy came out and gave us a real good comparative price and yet was very knowledgeable to predict more issues that might come along with our home renovation and kitchen re-modelling. We were so impressed with their work especially the kitchen that we added the second floor washrooms renovation to the project and from start to finish Cozy Casa Homes did a great job! Billy was very responsive to all our questions and concerns dealing with problems and solved them right away. The new front entry doors look marvellous and the rear patio door that was upgraded to double french doors from existing sliding doors are so practical and added to the beauty of our house! I had renters in my mom's place in Toronto for two years and they departed in March 2022 so I could sell it for her. I asked Cozy Casa to go in and clean, repair and refresh everything so I could sell in the peak of 2022. I was in Calgary and left the entire project to Cozy Casa. They went in, cleaned a filthy stove, bathroom, fixed all the broken parts, cleaned everything spotlessly and did it for a fixed cost and I didn't even have to fly out to Toronto saving days, hotel, airfare, car etc. There were window issues, fan issues and other things that the condo corp should have fixed but I had no time to wait and Cozy did it all quickly and the place was move-in ready. All the work was done in about a week--amazing. The real estate agent said the place was unbelievable and it went for the higher price per square foot he had seen in 2022 and we closed in Sept 2022. If you have a project in the Toronto area, Cozy Casa can't be beat for quality, price, honesty and consistent excellent attention to detail. This is the second time Cozy Casa has worked on this unit and we got max price because of the excellent work. They' ve got all the people needed to fix, upgrade, repair, paint, demo, decorate, stage and they have all the contacts to get things done and bought. I didn't have to do a single thing except send the cheque. Thanks!

We had an interesting and extremely positive experience working with Cozy Casa Homes over the course of our basement renovation. We tasked them with a complex project involving the creation of a family room, a wet bar, a bedroom, a theatre room, a bathroom, laundry room and storage area out of an unfinished basement space. After a long hard slog, the result is a fabulously renovated “lower level”, that has completely transformed our home. We are thrilled with the results! The Cozy Casa team, let by Billy, were excellent!! There were a few bumps on the road, to be expected during a project with a complicated scope. It has been an amazing experience to work with Billy. He is always on time for every meeting we had with him and is onsite every time he is required. He is very easy to work with him and he got our project completed on time though it was very complex and given covid situation things were not easy. I was extremely pleased with the quality of work and professionalism I received. First of all, Cozy Casa ( as represented by Billy Atwal l ) came in with the lowest quote for the kitchen renovation that we were planning. While discussing the project, Billy provided many ideas and options for us to consider. He was a great help in that regard. Work started on time and continued every day without interruption rather than a day here and a day there which was a blessing as it shortened the time we were deprived of using our kitchen. All of his crews were exceedingly polite, respectful of our property as well as providing information regarding cleaning and care of new materials being installed. During any project, there are always “ issues” that come up. What I really appreciated was that any time I texted Billy with an issue, he either called right away or appeared at the door to address it. I am happy to say that he was able to deal with all of my concerns to my complete satisfaction. One final note that I would like to add - during the renovation, Billy noticed that the floor registers were old and did not match the new kitchen. Without saying anything, he went out and bought new registers that matched. He also bought a register for the hallway that matched the ones in the kitchen even though the hallway was not part of the project! My hat is off to you Billy and I look forward to doing more business with you in the future. Recently, twice there was leak in the laundry room, Biily and team member were here within 2hrs of my call to inspect the leak. No matter what time Billy answered my calls. I needed to renovate my elderly mom's Toronto condo. It was in bad shape. Nobody would go in. I was moving mom to Calgary and I wanted to rent her place right away for her and I didn't know any contractors in Toronto. I received a quote from Cozy Casa Homes. The next day Cozy Casa Homes met me at the condo, took measurements, came back with the best quote of four I had, negotiated fairly then started demolition three days later on Oct 7. I went back to Calgary on day 2 and Cozy Casa Homes sent me progress photos every day and completed the job completely unsupervised by me. Day 1 while I was there, everything was removed and new materials started coming in. Within two days I had 3D layouts of the new kitchen cabinets and counters. In week 2 the tile and floor was already in and in the third week the entire kitchen was installed and it was DONE and ready to be rented in less than 3 weeks. I was really happy because Cozy Casa Homes took care of everything. They picked materials, paint colours, flooring and tile, bathroom fixtures, tub, toilet, vanity, installed a complete new kitchen with cabinets, pantry and built a separate laundry room. All of the electrical outlet, switchplates and door handles were replaced with new. Fan and heating vents were all repaired and refinished. All of the lighting was replaced with new LED lights. It was a complete modernization. Cozy Casa Homes brought in all the vendors and subs needed to install and complete the job. I was 2000km away looking after mom and these guys took care of everything. They were nonstop every day. They worked with the building management who reported that Cozy Casa Homes was excellent to work with and kept things clean and adhered to all the condo regulations. Cozy Casa Homes went beyond and found an excellent vendor for appliances and coordinated delivery. Cozy Casa Homes found me a broker for insurance after mom's RBC Insurance refused to provide liability and renter insurance. Cozy Casa Homes kept in touch daily and stayed on budget. On October 27 I had a brand new home and was able to rent it Nov 1. It was gorgeous and lots of people were knocking on the door to rent it as word spread throughout the building. If you have a project, you can't go wrong using Cozy Casa Homes. They were honest and respectful of my mom's property and the hurdles I faced. They respected the people in the building affected by the construction. The people at Cozy Casa Homes all have an excellent work ethic and have an amazing team of workers and vendors who obviously get things done quickly and efficiently. Never in my life have I had someone do such an amazing job in less than three weeks. Highly recommended.
