I found both Cory and Michelle to be easy and wonderful to work with. They both listened to what my vision was for both the front and back yards of my home. I wanted to pull all the succulents out and replace them with flowers and flowering plants that better fit my Craftsman style home. A complete overhaul of the irrigation system was also done as well as adding more pavers. Michelle’s designs were beautiful and gave me several options to choose from. Cory was always checking in on site and available to see if I had any questions. I have received numerous compliments on my beautiful yard and am so glad that get to enjoy it. I highly recommend CP Landscapes to all my friends and would not hesitate to use them again.

As an out of town landlord, with property in Morro Bay, Cory Paul was recommended by my management firm, Beachfront Rentals. Could not have found a better, reliable service. He handled landscaping on my rental property for two years..... working with the tenants. When I decided to sell the property, Cory provided valuable recommendations on the property cleanup and appearance and improving its curb side appeal thus sale value.

CP Landscapes has done 2 jobs for me. A patio in my back yard and they landscaped my front yard. Michele, the designer listened to what I had in mind and provided a plan which exceeded my expectations. Both patios were done with impeccable workmanship. The patios were made from red brick. The crew painstakingly cut and matched all he bricks to make an intricate design. The design which included a dry creek bed and the plants that were provided have worked well. Cory, the owner made sure that my property drains well during storms. I also employ CP Landscapes to do my yard maintenance. They do an incredible job of keeping my yard looking good. The crew is professional and always ask for my input Whenever I need to contact Cory, he returns my calls promptly and is good about coming to check on anything I need. I highly recommend this company

CP Landscapes was easy to work with from start to finish. Cory runs a seamless operation & Michelle did an excellent job on the design end. Our front yard makeover turned out even better than expected! We love our horizontal fence, landscape lighting & flagstone path. We look forward to working with them again.
