I can't provide a high enough rating and give adequate thanks to the C Ryan team for the work they did remodeling our master bathroom. We wanted to maximize the space of a small bathroom without moving walls. General contractor, Carol, presented numerous ideas like wall mount toilet, recessed cabinets, curbless walk-in shower (with linear drain) and removal of a shower soffit that all worked to open up the room. She also demonstrated great problem solving when it came to addressing inspector demands, providing us with multiple options to address the issues that inevitably emerge once walls, ceilings and floors get demo'd. Additionally, she provided a cool, creative and constructive head when her crew experienced what they perceive to be road blocks. Not to mention her deep knowledge and hands on experience with various construction techniques and materials. Decisions were always made with value placed on the gestalt, as well as the details, we aimed to achieve. C Ryan's lead on the project, Jose, did incredible work. The pinnacle of our ask was the hanging and setting of a custom mosaic that we created to pay tribute to family ties to Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. His precision and attention to detail was incredible and has provided us with a daily vision of Impanema Beach and brings great joy and sense of escape to our bathroom oasis every day. Jose and his helper Armando worked tirelessly to deliver, to perfection, on all our specs, and we spec'd everything in great detail. We can't wait to work with the C Ryan team again on a future project. It was great to work with a team that takes such pride in their work, when so many don't. Much respect! We can't thank you enough for making real what we could only imagine. Blame it on Rio!

We had a great experience! High quality of work, excellent craftsmanship, ethical. Carol worked on our kitchen and laundry, as well as, some smaller projects. Carol is very knowledgable, she stayed within our budget, she was easy to communicate with, and her crew did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. We highly recommend!

We hired C. Ryan Inc. for a two bathroom remodel (well, gut job really!!) They were very easy to work with because as questions arose along the way, they worked "with" us to problem solve and make suggestions, especially within our budget. Carol and her staff have an excellent sense of design! But the attention to detail and carefulness in the work is what impressed us the most. We can't wait to hire them again for more of our home projects!

It was a daunting task when it came to researching a general contractor to execute our kitchen remodel as well as someone who was knowledgeable about Cliff May homes. We already had rough plans drawn for the overall design and Carol came highly recommended from Jeff Jeannette Architects. Carol is very detail orientated which lends to her thorough work schedule, making sure the project stays on track and within budget. We were very impressed at how she and her team were able to make the design on paper a reality. The quality of work and craftsmanship she produces is outstanding and I highly recommend her. Being a local native to the area was an added plus because she was easily accessible via email or text to questions we had after hours. Removal of fireplace, chimney, two interior walls, build new kitchen, remodeled bathroom, added new 1/2 bath and outdoor shower, install new floors throughout home, and new windows. After experiencing mich frustration trying to get contractors to even present bids, I was referred to Carol by a business associate. From our initial meeting forward, Carol was the consummate professional. Her bid was clear and very specific with its line items, details, and allowances. Her communication was exemplary, providing daily updates on the progress and the daily plans. When challenges arose (and they always will), Carol explained the situation clearly, provided possible resolutions, and invited collaboration in the decision making. Her crew showed up on time every day, was respectful of us and our property, our neighbors, and were fastidious with each and every detail. The project came in on budget and on time and transformed our outdated 1950's into an incredibly beautiful user-friendly space. To say we are pleased with the process and the outcome is a gross misunderstatement. We are enormously pleased with the choice we made by putting our project and trust in Carol, and we walk about our beautiful home daily in awe of its transformation and the quality of the work done. We used Carol Ryan contracting inc for fixing up our 1926 Spanish style exterior. We did: Sandblasting Restuccoing Replaced windows Rebuilt some window frames and door frames Painted the outside sills, etc. tile work Replaced doors Replaced sliding glass doors Carol was pleasant to deal with and the quality of work was always high. She also had very detailed quotes and was happy to discuss our questions, of which we had many, being first time home owners. I feel that her pricing was fair as well.

Highest quality work done by a professional who along with her workers look after your property as if it was theirs. They are neat clean up completely before they leave each day and are totally trustworthy. Workers put in a lengthy day, show up on time and work ceaselessly while there. Once the job starts there are no work stoppages before completion.

Carol and her team worked on 2 projects at our our home. The first was our spare bathroom. They enlarged the bathroom, added heated floors, and basically replaced everything in there, including the tub. The work was excellent. They paid attention to minor details and took in to account other aspects - such as raising the shower head above "standard" height (I am 5'10"). The final project was gorgeous. After our bathroom, they worked on our kitchen remodel. Which was essentially a tear down of an old enclosed patio and a rebuild. That transitioned in to fixing the pitch in our roof, adding a front porch, and landscaping the front of our home. Needless to say it was a huge under taking. The team and Carol again paid close attention to detail. They asked for my opinion so that our finished product was exactly how we wanted it. I've worked with contractors that just do it their way - whether you like it or not. They were extremely flexible and accommodating. Very trustworthy and attentive to cleanliness and timelines. Overall our home looks completely different, for the good, and I couldn't be more pleased. We get continued praise on our home and how fantastic it looks. Accolades seem to be never ending from our neighbors.

Carol Ryan and her crew have been a great find for my wife and I. She was recommended by my realtor and has lived up to all expectations. We have quite a few projects with Carol (from small jobs to a redwood deck, hardwood floors and master bathroom remodel), and the end results all have turned out extremely well, so much so we are all ready think about other projects for Carol to do...actually now in the middle of a kitchen remodel...that will be your experience also.
