My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Crystal and Tony reimagined and renovated our master bedroom/bathroom with a stunning result. We were thrilled with their work, and the price was reasonable. They are also super friendly and responsive. We highly recommend RMH and will use them again for sure!

After living in our house which we built 56 years ago, we renovated our downstairs "play room" and guest suite to provide "live in" quarters for a caregiver. This involved complete update for the existing bathroom, addition of a full kitchen, and replacing the 1967 lighting with built-in LED ceiling fixtures in the dropped ceiling. Using 3D Computer Aided Design, Resto-Modern simplified both the planning and execution. This allowed us to visualize all elements of the design, early on, and minimize delays and changes during the renovation. We now have a complete, up to date apartment, beautifully finished. Excellent work!

Bought a large condo. Love the place but the kitchen was ‘builder grade.” Found Crystal and Tony on Houzz. They worked with me and created a beautiful 3D CAD design. They handled the whole build process including permits and inspections. They even checked my home when we were away! Their contractors were professional and meticulous. Kitchen turned out fabulous!
