I must say that hiring a designer was totally foreign and intimidating to me. Having a few second homes to furnish and decorate was always my job, but they were all within a five hour drive. This condo located in Aiken SC, wasn’t close enough for me to take on the task. Caroline was highly recommended and we took the chance. I was Very hesitant to give up control, but meeting her calmed my nerves. She was professional, yet very approachable and assured us that if we didn’t like anything that she had done, she would change it for us, but would also ask for our input before any large purchases were made. She offered advice and lead our direction expertly. Caroline also took the time to understand our likes our dislikes and our preferences. She had the uncanny ability to think outside the boxes. She asked us for a budget, knowing that this was only going to be occupied for three or four months in the winter. We ended up not giving her a budget, but she was very cost-conscious and informed us and showed photos of the larger purchases, including lighting and furniture. She was very conscientious about giving us itemized bills every month, including the time she spent and pieces she purchased. Once we saw the final project, we were beyond thrilled! The little touches and accents displayed to us how much she was really listening to our needs,wants, and desires. Listening is a skill that many people do not have but she surpassed all expectations! I’d highly recommend Caroline and I would definitely use her again

We really enjoyed working with Caroline. Her help made our interstate move from Florida to South Carolina a lot less stressful. It was easy and fun to work with her, and we are in awe of her design ideas and abilities. She listened to our likes/dislikes and came up with a perfect plan. We were not involved in the small details and were very happy to have the projects be a surprise for us before moving into our new house (it was an exciting process, I highly recommend the same approach to anyone!). We love our new home and the environment she created, it is warm and welcoming, a lovely space to be in! This was our first time working with an interior designer, we could not have done what Caroline did on our own!

Another project completed for us by CS Interiors and they, once again, exceeded our expectations. We have a very large estate and CS Interiors updated the decor in our 9,000 square foot main house, a 2,500 square foot guest house and a 1,800 square foot barn apartment. The rooms in the main house now are breathtakingly beautiful, cozy and just so livable now. Before CS Interiors we were not really happy with any room in the house and now we love every room. The guest house has never looked so fantastic. And the barn apartment is so nice. We are so excited about everything they did and it was a joy to work with them once again after many projects with other homes in the past. They can take on any project, big or small, and do an unbelievable job because Caroline is so incredibly talented!

Caroline and her team at CS Interiors blew my wife and I away with their professionalism, accessibility and vision. Always available for questions and with infinite ideas as to the look of our house and remodel, the end result was stunning! We'd highly recommend CS Interiors and love how our house turned out!

Caroline provided excellent professional interior decorating advice! The process was fun and the outcome is beautiful! Caroline added the perfect rug to my breakfast room and living room - and she added a round rug to my dining room to sit under my round table. She also upgraded my master bath linens and added a beautiful area rug. So elegant. And, with the new side tables, artwork (gorgeous) and outdoor seating space - my home is completely upgraded for a reasonable amount of money. Phase II is my master bedroom and my office! Can't wait!!

Caroline helped give our living room a lovely makeover. My husband and I are clueless when it comes to design & style but she managed to figure out what we wanted even when we had trouble expressing it. It was scary to give her our complete trust with the process but we are so glad we did. She did more than we could have ever done with the space and blew away our expectations. I would definitely hire her again and she would have my complete trust in future projects. She is very nice, responsive, and thoughtful with her purchases. Caroline found absolutely beautiful furniture pieces for our home with history and meaning behind them. We are thankful to have them a part of our home now. Walking into our new living room is the best feeling in the world and we couldn’t be happier.

I contacted C. S. Interiors to stage my home which was about to come on the market for sale. I wanted a second set of eyes to give me approval on what I thought was pretty close to ready. Caroline got right to work, starting with curb appeal and working with me throughout each room of my 3,900 s.f. house. She suggested minimizing some furnishings and rearranging some furnishings and bookshelves to improve views and to better showcase the features of each room. Within a matter of 5 hours, the results were amazing! I told Caroline that I liked the transformation so much, that I'd buy the house myself - all over again! Wow! Within a week, there have been 7 showings and an agent open house. Everyone who viewed it was extremely complimentary and we are hopeful that it will sell very quickly. I cannot say enough about the amazing transformation of my urban condominium. From what was a cold and sterile living space to one which is funky, chic, warm, cozy and oh so comfortable, CS Interiors made it happen!! I could not be happier! It’s absolutely gorgeous. CS Interiors has a wonderful sense of decorating taste in all things - art, accessories, fabric, color and furniture selection.
