Levi was very knowledgeable about the different flooring. There is a wide selection at Magi-Touch Carpet One. He was so nice to work with and because of our need to delay the installation, he understood and rescheduled it multiple times for us. Andre installed to floor. He is very talented, fast and clean. Levi went over and above to get us what we wanted, spent countless hours getting everything figured so it was in our budget and made sure it was done right. All of the installers are true professionals. They are very hard workers who will do whatever it takes to get the job done right, take pride in their work, clean up after themselves and are really great to work with. They really do a great job! Building a new home can be stressful but Levi and Magi Touch make the flooring part easy.

Jesse is amazing! He listens to what you want and provides samples in your price point. He doesn't get frustrated when you do not like something, he appreciates it and moves on. He has a great eye for color, as well. With the large selection of products Magi-Touch has to offer, he made our flooring, window covering, and backsplash selection easy. We will be return customers. Levi at Magi-Touch was, without a doubt, the MOST AWESOME person that we encountered in our home building experience. From the minute that we walked through the door of the store, he guided us with confidence to the products that far exceeded our expectations. He helped to make our many decisions much smoother and we LOVE everything that he helped us pick out for our house!!! The guys at Magi-Touch were awesome! They were always willing to help and provided several samples for us to look at. Tons of selection at the store and great advice! Levi was great to work with.

I have done a few projects with Carpet One and would highly recommend them. Their sales staff ask the right questions to help narrow down my choices and I had someone at my house within hours to take measurements and schedule the install. They're locally owned and provide tremendous value. I wouldn't go anywhere else for flooring needs.

Levi French was excellent in helping us select our carpet and flooring for our new home. He was knowledgeable and friendly and I highly recommend him for any future projects someone may have planned.

Magi-Touch in Bismarck has done all of the flooring throughout our new home, including heated bathroom floor. Also tile for bathrooms and showers/tub surrounds. With so many decisions to make in building our home, Levi and Josh were so helpful, like pushing an Easy button, everything has been done right. The showroom is large and comfortable, with a huge selection of just about everything we could imagine; it was easy to spend time there, even kid-friendly with space for the kids to hang out. We also ordered Hunter Douglas blinds through them, it was a large order of powered blinds so we've been patient to get everything working right; the service on the blinds has been excellent!
