Steve was always on top of contacting us to plan out what days will work and to ensure he made himself available on the days the weather permitted the work to be completed (we had the tiles installed in the winter). Steve is the type of contractor that you can count on to arrive when he says he will and to call you back when you reach out to him. Unfortunately that is rare these days in Austin.
