Cassia is great. I worked with her on complete redone of two bathrooms and kitchen. She came up with a design that exactly what I wanted, she made the purchase of things needed super easy by taking me to showrooms and just picking everything that I liked. She supervised the project to make sure it's done according to plan and coordinated with contractor. We love how our new baths and kitchen look. I highly recommend her.

Cassia is the perfect blend of creative and operational. She was instrumental in guiding the team (tiler, builder, etc) on details I would NEVER have thought of as a first time bathroom renovator. As an example, my house is old and has slanted floors. I picked a tricky tile for that and she worked directly with the tiler on how to make that look good! She also helped me avoid some ugly decisions and I am super happy with how the bathroom turned out. She also helped keep the contractor focused on my project and helping me around the house on smaller projects like a built-in window seat. She is a jack of all trades. Highly valuable!! For example, when our timeline was set back by an unexpected logistical issue, Cassia took care of rescheduling all the deliveries and worked with the suppliers. When new structural constraints were revealed, Cassia quickly came up with alternatives. She is a lovely person who is a pleasure to work with. Cassia recently worked with us to design and install a new kitchen, pantry and bar area in our home. The project included installing a new wood floor and upgraded HVAC and communications network throughout our entire first floor. Cassia was a pleasure to work with in many ways. Cassia guided us through a total renovation of a bathroom and kitchen. We would have been lost without her. We had a general idea of what we wanted and she helped us to refine it, guiding us around possible pitfalls. She had strong design ideas but was very responsive to our input. She guided us to excellent sources for tiling, flooring, hardware, and lighting and was sensitive to our budgetary constraints. The cabinet maker she works with was high-quality and moderate cost. She coordinated well with our contractor and oversaw the job in a way that allowed us be away from our home for two months during construction without a worry (we Zoomed weekly). The project was completed on time and within budget and we are totally satisfied with the outcome. We would recommend her to others without reservation.

Cassia was wonderful to work with. I felt confident picking out materials with her because I knew I could trust her opinion based on her experience. She was supportive of my choices but also gave me guidance when needed. She did a lot of problem-solving behind the scenes which I was most grateful for.
