C&Y Framing and Decks Specialist Co, INC

**Outstanding Experience with C&Y Framing and Decks!** I had the pleasure of working with Teo and his team at C&Y Framing and Decks, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, their professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were second to none. Teo is an expert in his field, and it really shows in the quality of work they do. We hired them to frame our new addition and interior walls throughout the remodel. The results are beyond what we could have hoped for. Teo’s communication throughout the entire process was clear, timely, and incredibly helpful. He kept us informed about the progress, made suggestions that improved the overall design, and worked tirelessly to ensure the job was completed on time. The team at C&Y Framing and Decks was punctual, respectful, and always left the job site clean and organized. It was clear they take immense pride in their work, and it shows in the final product. The framing is sturdy, precise, and beautifully executed, which made the next phases of construction go smoothly. I also appreciated how Teo and his crew handled unexpected challenges. Instead of pushing the issue or cutting corners, they problem-solved on the spot, always keeping the quality and integrity of the project as a top priority. It’s rare to find a contractor so committed to perfection and customer satisfaction! If you're looking for reliable, top-quality framing and deck services, C&Y Framing and Decks is the way to go. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for future projects. Teo and his team truly went above and beyond, and it was a pleasure working with them. Thank you, C&Y Framing and Decks, for making our project a success!

Teo and his team were very knowledgeable on the construction process. We built a larger home on the lake with large decks and porches and very pleased with the results. Definitely highly recommend and would use them again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would recommend C&Y Framing for any all framing needs. Teo is such a genuine person and he does an amazing job working with homeowners and contractors to ensure that the job is done on time and done right! I have and will continue to recommend Teo and his C&Y Framing and Decks company to all who are in need of framing labor.

We worked with Teo and his team to knock down a wall between our kitchen and dining room then frame out the new, open concept space. His team also added footers in our crawl space and widened a few openings in our main living areas. They installed both steel and LVL beams- both which were done quickly and efficiently. Teo was knowledgable and responsive, which is super important to me. I highly recommend the C&Y team and plan to work with them again on a screen porch project soon!

I am a retired General Contractor (40yrs) and my son asked me to build a Room Addition on his house in the historic Wilmore neighborhood in Charlotte's south end. This work required a great deal of detail and a overall extensive knowledge of "dated" means and methods of construction. I hired Teo with C&Y Framing and ended up using his company for other trades on this project as well. He was outstanding. His attention to detail, ability to hold a schedule and pricing was first class. He is a honest, hardworking and attentive and a true pleasure to work with. He always either answered my calls or returned my calls quickly. His pricing was accurate and firm and never asked for a change order unless the scope was changed by me. I am always critical of my vendors when its needed but I have nothing negative to say about this company. I recommend them for your construction needs......You won't be disappointed. Bill Merritt
