It was a great pleasure working with Sofia to build our Custom home in the Hill Country. Sofia is a very knowledgeable, dedicated and hardworking professional. Her responsiveness and communication throughout the project was exceptional. Any question or concern was addressed immediately, no matter what time of the day, from day-1, till the last day! Her resourcefulness and recommendations on everything from architecture to interior to materials to landscaping were spot on. Her project management skills are truly exemplary. Project was finished in record time and with complete satisfaction! Absolutely great experience!

Sofia took on our large project consisting of 13 buildings as vacation rental cabins. The project was far from Austin but there was an excellent crew working on site. She responds very promptly and her attention to detail and knowledge of all aspects of the construction and building science is second to none. Couldn't be happier with the progress and results.

Sofia is simply amazing!! I must admit I was a bit skeptical starting off with CZAM as this custom home building industry is male dominated to the nth degree (and she obviously is an exception) but she came through for us in a big way. She built us our 'forever home' that my wife and I have been designing and planning in our minds for years. Her attention to every detail was exceptional. She walked us through every step of the design and build phase, foretold every pitfall and helped us save every extra penny by planning immaculately. Her response time on every single question or query of ours was lightning fast and we honestly felt like we had an angel looking over our project. What I also like about her is that she runs a tight ship. Her deadlines and time estimates were actually real. The subcontractors and workers she hired were consummate professionals. All in all, she was a very competent and trust worthy partner in our very challenging and lengthy project. We are very happy with how our home turned out and we recommend her to everyone.
