We were very lucky that Dale was the only contractor that bothered to look at our problem. Dale spent time explaining and suggesting solutions for our kitchen. He had connections with other businesses that provided materials needed to repair/replace the cabinets and countertops. Dale oversaw the work being done by the cabinet replacement company and the granite countertop company. Dale researched the replacement of cabinets and doors for our outdated cabinets. Dale recommended the sink and faucet that would work better. Dale did some additional work to improve the rest of our cabinets that were not replaced. He kept checking in with us until the replacements came in. Dale was a pleasure to work with and we love our updated kitchen.

We worked with Dale at Contemporary Cabinetry for our kitchen remodel and I’m genuinely glad we did. We were living through a major renovation, and decided we wanted to put hardwood down from wall to wall, which meant replacing the kitchen. We had designs from 2 designers (1 big box and 1 local Kitchen and Bath shop) they were both nice, but to get anywhere close to the price we needed we had to make compromises (fewer inserts, not all plywood) Then we found Dale from Contemporary Cabinetry, with Dale we didn’t just “pick cabinets and upgrades.” Dale reworked the layout and came back with ideas that made the kitchen function better (and look amazing) and was able to fit an island with beverage fridge, cabinets, drawer microwave, and seating for 3 without making the walkways to narrow! The other huge thing: he handled the coordination across all the moving parts—electrician, cabinet installers, plumber, and the quartz/granite crew—so we weren’t stuck playing project manager every day. There were a lot of details and timing dependencies, and Dale stayed on top of them. If something changed, he told us. If we had a question, he answered it. And when decisions had to be made, he walked us through the options without pushing. On top of all that, he’s just a really good person—patient, friendly, easy to talk to. The kind of guy you actually want in your house during a remodel. We’re very happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely use him again.

Dale had everything nailed down from design, order placement, and even arrived in person to our house to ensure seamless delivery. True professional and excellent service. Dale is a true professional and very easy to work with. My experience from plan to finish for kitchen cabinets installation went seamless. He has been doing this for quite some time and I could tell with my limited interaction. He asks questions that are only relevant to the work and nothing more to confuse you. The pricing he offers is where I was surprised. Others in this business charge twice as much if not more. No hidden costs , no last minute hiccups no rubbish. You get what was discussed previously and according to your schedule. Would highly recommend him for anyone looking to install cabinets.

We had our kitchen and bathroom counters done with under mount sinks. We are Very happy with our Quartz counters. Dale was a pleasure to work with.

Dale was such a good choice to remodel our kitchen in Royal Oak. The white shaker cabinets AVA Elite are a good product for the money. He did a great job on installing the cabinets and the trim work. His prices were the best around, was worried about that but let me tell you the quality and workmanship is wonderful. Thanks Dale for the hard work you did in just 2 days.

Excellent craftsmanship from Dale Manser and his family based team. We love how all of his suggestions and workmanship came together with our vision for our new kitchen. He kept our costs down without sacrificing quality. His recommendations for other contractors we needed for this and other projects were all professionals that we were very comfortable using as well. Timelines and deadlines were all met.
