Working with Lindsay Cooper at Dalton Carpet One was a great experience for us. Making the selections from the carpet and cabinetry to the tile for our basement remodeling project went very smoothly and, if there was an issue with anything, it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. We've remodeled several homes and have had varying degrees of success with the jobs that were done but everyone that had a hand in our project from Dalton was very professional and very much appreciated. We're looking forward to our next project with Lindsay!

Ms. Lindsay Cooper at Dalton Carpet One did an outstanding job of coordinating the installation of a new countertop in our master bath remodel. Although we were under a tight deadline, the installation was completed as promised. The new countertop was fabricated to our specifications and is exactly what we expected. Another job well done!

Dalton Carpet One did a fantastic job on refinishing and refacing cabinetry in my kitchen and vanities in my bathroom for a home built in the late seventies. I now have pull-out drawers, pull-out shelves in that dark corner of the cabinets where you don't know what is in there, soft touch door and drawer closures, no hinges showing on the outside, a new quartz countertop and back flash with a point of emphasis over the stove.. I could not have asked for a more kind and willing to please group of professional people to coordinate my project. Each person was top notch in their field. Great coordination in scheduling and performing the task to please me, plus each group of skilled professionals worked together. Of course, KUDOs to Ms Lindsay Cooper, who will talk you through and follow every detail with you, make suggestions, and listen. She responded quickly and efficiently with any concerns or questions I had. She had no problem coming to my resident to check on the progress of the work and to be sure I was satisfied. Yes, I would recommend Dalton Carpet One.

Dalton Carpet One did all of the tile work in both of my bathrooms in my new house. I had a very specific vision with a limited budget and Chris made my vision a reality without breaking the bank. The installer, Victor, wraped a bow around my outstanding experience by doing a meticulous job of installing the tile. I would recommend them to anyone needing flooring or tile for their home.

Dalton Carpet One Floor & Home did an excellent job installing luxury vinyl flooring on the lower level of our home. We worked with Melanie Griffin who helped us select the appropriate flooring and measured for the installation. Although the job was for only one room, Melanie treated out project with diligence and enthusiasm. We plan to use Dalton Carpet One for our flooring needs in the future.

Dalton Carpet One did an excellent job refinishing/installing hardwood floors and carpet in my home. It was great working with Robin throughout the whole process. From Day 1, she was very attentive to our requests (e.g. color, texture, twist, padding), ensuring we received the best fit for our home. Our project consisted of installing in-place finish hardwood floors in the living, dining, and family rooms. In addition, we had the existing hardwood floors that required refinishing. In one of the pictures, you will see a picture that shows the existing hardwood floor in the breakfast area and the new unfinished floor prior re-sanding. The hardwood floor supervisor (Stefan) suggested that we consider re-sanding the existing floors to ensure a seamless finished product. We are glad we did. The floors turned out fantastic! Next was the carpet installation in the upstairs bedrooms and hallway. The carpet was installed with a few seams as possible to facilitate re-stretching, if required in the future. The carpet installation turned out beautiful. A huge upgrade over the builder grade carpet. Even my teenager daughter, who can be a hard critic, was amazed at the interior transformation. I can honestly say that my house feels more like a home. In summary, DCO did a fantastic job! I will hire them for future projects. The installers were very professional, courteous, and arrived on time each day. In addition, they cleaned up all work areas at the end of the day. Each phase of the project was completed within the agreed upon time frame. Finally, the cost of the project was very competitive. Highly recommended!! Tell Robin I said hello.

Dalton Carpet One installed hardwood floors and carpet in our house. They did a wonderful job, on time and very professional. We decided to use them for the remodel of our Master Bath. We worked with Joel Menesee who recommended a style of quartz that fit our needs perfectly and was considerably less expensive than the name brands of quartz. We had a couple of installation issues and Joel came immediately to check them out and they were resolved. We now have a beautiful new bathroom and we're so happy with the final result!

Everyone at Dalton Carpet was helpful and easy to work with. They were knowledgeable and worked with my budget. I highly recommend them for your flooring needs.
