we paid the business for several items in october of 2021. we returned some of the items which included art and pillows. the business admitted to owing us a refund. we never received the refund we were due. instead, the business used their 'live invoicing' system to increase prices of items that we already had in our possession and added an unauthorized charge so that it would equal the initial change from october 2021. the business submitted an invoice that was NOT the original to the bank/ credit card co during the dispute. we were never provided with a hard copy and the business locked us out of the online portal. convenient for them but wrong and unethical accounting practices. misled credit card co and BBB. customers beware!

Love working with Danny on my bedroom and home studio. He did an excellent job and was very timely considering the shortages. I’m so pleased!

I hired Danny to "redecorate" our luxury condo in Ohio. We felt it was a good match because of his background, experience, and design aesthetics with other projects. He made recommendations based on our style, space, and worked to stay within our desired budget. He selects the best "subcontractors' such as painters, wallpaper experts, carpenters, to augment his designs and vision. Danny personally manages each step with great detail to ensure things are done properly. Notably, when Danny comes into your space, he immediately has a vision of what it could look like--which is a sign of a true artist. He works with many innovative vendors to complement his vision--that prove to give us the right looks in our home. Working with Danny is not inexpensive, but it is truly worth the expertise and $s spent!

We worked with Danny and his team at Daniel Russo Home on two home projects- one in 2016 at our Victorian Village apartment and again in 2019 when we bought our first home in German Village. Danny and team were a pleasure to work! We had a smaller scope project for our apartment and they brought the same level of creativity, innovation and professionalism to that as they did our whole home renovation with a much larger budget. He has a very pronounced design aesthetic- modern and luxurious with an emphasis on beautiful lighting. Danny gets a real feel for the space and was excellent at helping us communicate and determine what our goals our for the look and function for our home. We loved his innovative and unique kitchen and bathroom ideas! We highly recommend Daniel Russo Home.

We were looking for something unique for our home remodel. We were leaving the city for the suburbs but wanted to take some of that modern. urban feel with us to blend into a contemporary home. Danny asked lots of questions but really listened to what we liked. It’s not easy doing a remodeling project long distance but Danny kept us informed and involved all along the way. We are very pleased with the attention to detail and the excellent people he worked with. A great result!

Danny initially helped me with a color consultation, where we selected colors to paint our newly purchased home. Prior to this, I had never worked with an interior designer and thought I had a pretty good handle on colors/styles. What I found is, each choice felt terribly overwhelming. When you go to the salon to get a pedicure and you stare at colors for 20 minutes because you don't want to mess up by picking the wrong one? Wall color was that times infinity. Danny helped me sort things out in an hour. We are constantly complimented by the colors in our home and, more importantly, we love them! Danny has since helped us select furniture for our dining, master bedroom, family, and living rooms. His team has also installed light fixtures in our home. Danny is great at creating a theme and feeling for a room. While he tends to be known for his dramatic works utilizing a lot of black and gold, he also showed skill working with what he calls our "timeless Martha's Vineyard" aesthetic. Danny excels at working within budget, calling out what you currently have and working around that, and treating his clients as valued friends and partners. When he's not presenting at a conference somewhere around the world, we are lucky to have his talents here in Columbus!
