My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

After 18 years in our home, we decided to update our kitchen and adjoining family room. We were introduced to David Raines who helped guide us through the project. He told us we had good quality maple cabinets that lended well to being painted. David and his painter Aaron, taped everything off so the dust from sanding stayed in one area. Both men were extremely professional and good-natured even when we came up with additional "great ideas" for our kitchen, and helped us incorporate them into the project. David is top notch when it comes to woodworking and gave us beautifully framed windows as well as crown moulding around the windows and on top of the cabinets. David took out a useless desk area and built us new cabinets with lot's of storage space. I am very pleased with how beautiful the project turned out. Thank you David and Aaron!

I hired David to build a deck off the back of my mobile home and I could not be happier with the job well done! David worked with me from the onset with the design of the deck and filing the proper paperwork with the city in getting a permit for construction. David is very diligent and a perfectionist paying attention to every detail. He was always on time and it was a pleasure to have him on the job keeping me informed of the progress along the way. Thanks for a beautiful deck David!

David did a spectacular job in our home. We had 3 individual projects combined together — cased windows and crown molding in our living area; master closet remodel; and laundry room countertop/cupboard update. We are thrilled with the outcome and will hire he and his crew for any other future projects.

Amazing eye to detail, and VERY professional.David's team showed up on time and were very polite. These are contractors our family would gladly welcome back into our homes. We redid our entire bottom floor of our home and we couldn't be happier.

Grateful -is the best word describe our experience with David Raine. We hired David to switch out a vanity in our master bathroom & ended up with our entire home remodeled. We couldn't let him go! David offered excellent craftsmanship and a great eye for design. The extent of work completed included a new kitchen, 3 bathrooms, stairway, master closet, up/down stairs flooring and so much more... David approached each project with a genuine concern to quality and careful consideration to cost. He offered valuable suggestions, recommendations, and solutions, as needed. David leads a small skilled & trustworthy crew. The team as a whole is reliable, capable and enjoyable. During the process of our remodel, David was more than generous with his time and talent. If given the opportunity to work with David Raine, consider yourself lucky.
