Hello I am David Amos. I have been in the architectural profession for over thirty years and a registered Architect for over twenty years, establishing my own practice in 2001. As a homegrown local, with roots in the sand and love for saltwater, I am no stranger to the challenges of coastal building. We at David E. Amos, Architect, LLC proudly display our expertise in traditional and classical architecture, having a familiar admiration for coastal structures, and take into consideration the design and construction practices necessary to create quality residential designs amidst a variety of coastal terrains and settings. We collaborate with our distinguished clients to design unique and elegant homes, or extraordinary redesigns congruent to each client's needs. We do not use pre-existing plans, we start from scratch, designing and drawing to scale the spaces you desire, partnering with you, offering advice and suggestions as we develop each design based on input from our most valuable resource, you, our client. Our premium services are made apparent by happy and satisfied clientele. The majority of new inquiries come to us not as a result of advertising, but as referrals from previous clients. We credit these referrals to our commitment to one-of-a-kind designs, with specialization in new residences, redesign and recreation of existing residence, as well as secondary homes, or special purpose spaces.
