I would absolutely recommend working with David if you're looking for someone to design your dream home! His designs span a range of architectural styles and his quick responsiveness to HOA Architectural review feedback makes the approval process straightforward and stress-free.

David designed out beach house on a small piece of property. We wanted to utilize every bit of space and certainly did so. He is professional and very easy to work with. He has creative ideas and planned exactly what we wanted.. He was updated on all the building codes and offered suggestions when things didn't work out as we hoped. David designed a Craftsman home to be built in Southern Hills Plantation. It was very authentic looking (as if it was built in the early 1900's), but incorporated quality modern building materials. During the building process he visited the site frequently to review the progress and was always available to answer questions by telephone. I strongly recommend David if you want a creative home design using quality construction materials.

My Wife & I hired David to finish a previously started design after our original designer went out of business. David was able to research our concept of a "Caribbean Plantation style Home" and bring our 11 year dream to a fantastic conclusion. Along with our custom builder, David created a hurricane resistant, functional, and yet beautiful structure that has been the talk of our waterfront community for years now. Many people come to our parties just to get a peek at our home and we are proud of the outcome. The design took a great deal of time and effort as we were using the most current and up to date building concepts such as ICF construction and Sealed foam attic spaces. The total square footage is over 8,000 sq. ft. including porches, Garages, and work shops. the living areas under AC are slightly over 3800 sq. ft. The home took a little over one year and 3 months to complete and David was with us all the way through and even afterwords for some of the after build projects we worked on. David is a true professional, who takes pride in his work, sees it through to the end and provided us with many details and referrals to access products, hardware, and services of companies we would have found difficult and time consuming to find on our own. I consider David a rare find. He exceeded our expectations and we have happily referred him to many other people. Best of all David and his wife Renee are easy to talk to and comfortable to work with. Although my wife and I hope to live in our home forever, I wouldn't hesitate to have David design another home for us again.

We worked as a couple with David Mango from preliminary stages to completion of a single family residence totally 6250 sq. ft. David was very patient with our many changes. Initially we were disappointed with the very first elevation and layout, but quickly changed course and David rectified our issues. David was excellent to work with. When you receive a quote/ estimate for the project, understand the likelihood of the project's cost will rise substantially considering all your changes.

David Mango designed a beautiful home for us in 2000. It was a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house consisting of approx 1800 sq ft, with a separate 2 car garage and a bonus room of approximately 400 sq ft upstairs. David's plan was flawless, elegant and sophisticated with a charming front porch running along the whole front of the house. We would thoroughly recommend David R Mango Designs for any future projects you are considering.

We ask Dave to design a ground up custom home. He did a fantastic job. Our family loves the house and when we build our next home Dave will defiantly Design and draw it .
