Dave Suda Landscape is one of the premier full service landscaping companies in the metro San Diego area. We specialize in both commercial and residential maintenance, as well as full design and installation services, including hardscape and water features. If you need repairs or upgrades to your sprinkler systems, we do that, too! Cost for projects in the landscape industry can vary greatly. Our repair rates are based on an hourly rate contingent on difficultly level and/or landscape constraints. In the same spectrum, the cost for a developed design and implementation of that design, or agreed upon landscape enhancement, will also be varied in respect to your landscapes' specific needs, choice of materials, and any constraints in the landscape. We are a certified, professional landscaping company that has been serving the San Diego area for nearly twenty three years. Don't trust your landscaping to anyone with a lawnmower. Communication is poor with Dave and he does not inform client of the time table of sequence of events. I had a large project, total backyard remodel and he did not complete anything except a design and cement work from Feb to Sept of 2019. He had many opportunities to work on the project and complete the irrigation system, planting, grading, install a new retaining wall. Even though I am out of town one week a month, there are still 3 weeks in a month to complete the total backyard landscape.

I've had the opportunity to work with Dave Suda Landscaping for only a half a year now...we made the decision to hire them after being thoroughly impressed with their sales representative and our growing dissatisfaction with our existing landscaper. Not recommended! Two years after initial work my grass is in a worse state and Dave is too busy to take the time to talk to me. They made suggestions that cost more and did not solve the problems. Completely disappointed.

Thank You for your comments and we are truly sorry that you did not approve the solution we recently presented to you. We do sympathize that you are disappointed and yes, we did present a solution that involved payment terms for proposed continued work or consultation. We offer free estimates on new installations and offer terms for ongoing repairs. We are aware that not every client is a right fit for our company and we hope you can choose what works best for you as well. We completed the irrigation repairs and retrofit to your back-grass area back in October of 2014. You waited nearly three years to make these claims. At initial work, we stated that we could only make improved corrections to your existing irrigation system to help improve coverage and low pressure issues you were experiencing. It was not originally designed properly and could cause ongoing difficulties over time. Our recommendation was to install a new system to include a proper layout and design. We stated the pros and cons to the improved adjustments we suggested and you advised us to go ahead with adjustments rather than complete replacement. And we guarantee all our materials and workmanship for one year.

The office staff at Dave Suda Landscape, Inc. has promptly responded to all your inquiries and gave you the same terms and respect we provide to all our clients. Our advice is to install a new sprinkler system with a licensed contractor that includes a proper layout and design.

After working with four different firms, I had grown skeptical of the whole industry.
