Excellent. Loved working with him. He LISTENED to us and designed a 3 floor home that suited our family and the lot we are building it on . I will be eternally grateful for his patience with me :).

Dave has been very attentive to every aspect of our project with great detail. Prompt at all appointments and very informative. Made a lot of changes at our request and has always been available when needed.

Dave Chase is the consummate professional; you give him a blank canvas and you will be amazed with the ideas and thought process that will be displayed in his architectural designs. He created a dream beach house for us and we are in awe with him and the builder how they listened and gave us what we were not able to properly articulate. Very artful.

When we started designing our house we had so many ideas and didn't know how to put them all together. We put the ideas together and gave them to Mr. Chase. I've worked with DW Chase for almost 20 years, and I consider him a cornerstone of my success. Dave Chase has an integrity along with his creativity and skills set that I would recommend to anyone. He listens, truly cares, and has the background in several architectural styles to create whatever you have in mind, including helping you envision what you may not realize you have in mind! He is also attentive to deadlines as well as a budget. We are currently building an oceanfront home (sorry no pics yet!). We owe much to Dave's innovative ideas and perseverance in designing a unique and thrilling future family sanctuary that fully captures our dream of life 'by the sea'.

DW Chase is working diligently in bringing our ideas to life for our forever home. Dave has an excellent eye for detail, throughly thinks each room/space through and is beyond patient. Dave makes the time to listen to every concern you have as his client and works to come up with a solution for the plans. The 3D renderings are amazing to see and helps put the entire plan in perspective. Dave works at the pace you need. If you wanted it yesterday, he can have it instantly and if you would like to let the plans marinate, he is patient. Designing/building a home is a major undertaking for any relationship and I am so glad we have DW by our side!

Dave was recommended to us to renovate and expand our 1960s house to meet our family needs. He worked diligently on our project, listened to our wants/needs, and communicated well with us to keep us informed on any changes or new ideas he came up with. Dave or David, Chase is truly a customer centered architect. He patiently listened to our vision and then asked some insightful questions for clarification purposes. He treated us respectfully and didn't speak down to us. He then produced a set of plans that when executed produced an addition that captured our vision.
