I had storm windows and doors installed. From beginning to end of the sales and installation process, everything went according to plan. The sales person and installation crew were very professional and easily approachable I have to give cudos to the sales person. Because of her honesty and her expertise on the subjects she saved me thousands of dollars.

Bartlett Brainard replaced the roof on our house and separate garage last fall and I give them five stars plus! The crew was exceptionally respectful of our house and yard and performed the work quickly and professionally. They arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule. The roof needed some additional attention and replacement of a few plywood panels but the job was still within the quoted price. Clean-up was immaculate and all we were left with was a beautiful new roof. I would recommend them without reservation!

Bartlett Brainard and Co. installed a new roof for our large cape house in 2010. In addition, in prior years, they installed gutter guards and also re-did our screened porch that had not been properly built by original contractor. From start to finish, all three jobs were quoted, scheduled, and undertaken in a timely, professional, and extremely competent manner by Bartlett Brainard. We were very pleased with the work and highly recommend this company. Price was very reasonable; on-site workers were extremely polite and competent. Bartlett Brainard stands behind its work and puts customer satisfaction at the top of the list.

The exterior of our home needed complete renovation and we hired Bartlett Brainard to supply & install new windows, exterior doors, vinyl siding, gutters, and shutters. My wife and I interviewed several contractors for this project, however, we chose Bartlett Brainard because of their strong reputation, knowledgeable staff, and professional approach to business. Additionally, their quote was very competitive based on the materials we selected and the scope of work requested. We made the right choice. Working with Bartlett Brainard remains one of the best contractor experiences we've ever had. The construction team was detail oriented from start to finish, and they consistently made time to answer my questions (I had lots of questions). The work site was always kept clean and safe, and I was kept abreast of progress throughout the entire project. The renovations to my home were completed on time, within budget, and they look great. We recommend them without hesitation.

Met with Cathy from B&B to discuss designing and constructing a flat roof, round columed portico for our home entry. Cathy was attentive and collaborative, helping me understand the materials and the design elements ie. pvc, type of roof used, drainage. She then provided me with a comprehensive estimate that was all inclusive, direct and professional. We went ahead with the project and it came out amazing...better than anticipated. The price to value ratio was 5 stars. Cathy's head carpenter was reliable and his quality or work superior. Cathy and her team was terrific to do business with and I would highly recommend this company. ST
