Chris and Darren did an awesome job on our kitchen remodel. They showed up on time, preformed quality work. They were excellent workers and took care of our property during the remodel. They are fair and honest. They have great attention to detail. We highly recommend them. Whatever the job, they can do it. We will be using their services again for sure!

Chris and Darren helped us with a large extension on our house. They did an amazing job coming into the project that had already begun and were willing and able to pick up the pieces and run with it. I used DC Premier Construction for my basement reconstruction after water had destroyed the carpet and part of the drywall. Chris and Darren were both great to work with and I would absolutely hire them for any additional future projects. They were very responsive to any questions, communicative, and transparent with their pricing. They ensured the project was done right and in a timely manner. As a homeowner who has used several contractors in the past, I highly recommend DC Premier Construction and they will be my go-to in the future.

DC Premier Construction were incredible to work with. We would recommend to anyone. They were much different than past experiences we've had with construction companies and exceeded any expectations. They were pleasant to work with as they are genuinely solid people. They were prompt, communicative, flexible around our schedule and needs, and ensured good quality on their work. We gave them an interesting project of putting a room/loft over our garage and they created a beautiful space that we love.

I have used DC Premier Construction this summer for a few jobs. The first was for a cover over my pool equipment which was connected to a she-shed. I thought a simple lean-to but they put an entire cover over, siding, roofing, and everything. Very good construction. You could not tell that the addition was not part of the shed to begin with. Very well done. Could not be happier. Second project, was to take the She-Shed, which was just a tuff shed 12X15 tool shed and finish the inside. We had them finish the celling and the put Ship lap on all sides. It turned out fantastic. If anyone has a Tuff Shed and wants to turn it into a She-Shed, hit me up privately to show what can be done. Last project, was to finish our basement. This entailed some re-wiring, a few new doors, and oh a full drywall of the basement. These guys deliver what they promise. Price is the same from bid to payout. I cannot say enough about how good these guys are. We only had one small change, and they solved it immediately. Contact me if you want to see pictures, but for quality and price, these guys are the best.

Cory and Chris completed a gym project for us earlier this year and did an absolutely stellar job. They are both great communicators. All of the subcontractors did excellent work and were respectful as well. I would not hesitate to hire them again and would 100% recommend them to others.

Tobin Construction completed a home addition for us. They added a new entryway, family room, new master bedroom (with walk-in closet) and a master bathroom. They were excellent and personable to work with. Cory helped with great suggestions and ideas for our plans. They worked hard and used their eye for detail to make sure the addition matched our existing house. Both Cory and Chris were very professional, courteous, and communicated well as our project progressed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel or build. I am looking forward to using them again soon for our kitchen and deck project!
