Broadway Design renovated my home in Delray Beach Florida from top to bottom. It had been a rental for over thirty years and Broadway Design transformed it into a stunning single family residence. The transformation greatly improved my property value. In just four month she selected all finishes and completed the construction project. Deann removed multiple walls, added sky lights, a fabulous kitchen, new flooring, new roof, windows through out the house, and two new bathrooms. She corresponded with contractors daily, effortlessly from across the county. Deann stayed within my budget and far exceeded my expectations. Deann lighted renovated the home masterfully taking short cuts to accommodate my budget. When I purchased the home it had gold walls and red wallpaper. she saved me over $10K papering over the existing paper instead of removing it. She picked beautiful paint colors inside and out transforming the look of the house. Updated the bathrooms and laundry room. She furnished the entire home allowing me to find a high end renter for the property. She did all of this in just three months time. We hired Deann Hammer of Broadway Design to fully renovate our Canterwood home in Gig Harbor WA. What a transformation! Deann Renovated the kitchen, laundry, living rooms and all baths to a spectacular finish. She also furnished the home top to bottom and the result was stunning. We moved to Arizona shortly after and the house sold before it ever hit the market. Just one call to a Realtor ,and we had an offer the same day! We also hire Deann to Refresh a home in Bend Oregon. After trying a Design firm in Bend we called Deann to clean up the design direction and in two days she had all of the finishes selected to move forward with our remodel. After months with the other firm spinning their wheels it was such a relief to have her create a clear path forward. She selected all of our tile, lighting, paint colors, flooring and told us to keep our existing kitchen cabinets. Deann Hammer is the most talented designer I've ever worked with! She and her associate, Judy Lynott turned my house into a beautiful home. Deann is whip smart, with an amazing eye for detail. I have a start up investment management firm located in a 19th Century Brick Commercial space. It has a very cool vibe with a lofted ceiling, exposed beams, brick walls, and wood floors.
