Suzan Ross & her Decker Ross Interiors staff completed a complex renovation to our 33-yr old, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condominium. The scope involved opening a closed kitchen, removing walls for the redesigned kitchen, living & dining rooms, designing a circular island, relocating HVAC, dealing with mold mediation, etc. All furnishings, plumbing fixtures, flooring, lighting, and appliances, were also replaced. The decorative aspects of the project were simply outstanding. Communication between our Interior Design professionals, General Contractor and subcontractors was essential; as the project evolved many surprises were discovered and scope & budgetary changes were needed. Suzan stayed within our budget and kept us informed as to changes in the completion dates. I was ill & hospitalized and apologize for my delay in reviewing this amazing project. We thank Suzan for her creativity and fantastic work ethic in providing us with our beautiful new home.

Jen and Cara helped me furnish our new Florida home and my husband and I love the results! They were delightful to work with and are true professionals. The team at Decker Ross performed an almost-complete overhaul of our home on Lake Tarpon, including space planning, construction oversight, paint and carpet selection, furniture selection, draperies and accessories. They literally did it all! And more importantly, they completely managed the project locally while we were 1000 miles away in Pennsylvania. Our goal was to be substantially complete with the project before our move-in date. Therefore, we needed our interior designer to be our "eyes and ears" on the ground in Palm Harbor; and Decker Ross performed fantastically. Through excellent project management techniques, use of digital media and other technologies, and ample conference calls and other communication, we were able to complete this project with actually very minimal local time required of us. That was a huge relief, especially while we were packing up our existing home and closing out matters up north. I would recommend Decker Ross without hesitation.
