I work as a design assistant for an interior design firm in Chicago. Patrice and the Kouboo team were extremely helpful. We have purchased a couple baskets for a few Client projects and have been nothing but happy with the products. Their products are fairly priced and ship out quickly. We will continue to use Kouboo in the future.

When our previous supplier for Rattan goods dropped a favorite line, we had to scramble to find a suitable alternative. We own and operate 4 hotels in California (2 in Laguna Beach and 2 in Carmel) as well as a large resort property in Phoenix, and we use Rattan style woven baskets and bathroom accessories in each hotel. I couldn't have had a better experience working with Kouboo, and my sales rep, Patrice. I purchased their Manor Abalone Shell chandelier to install on a client's covered outdoor patio. It is as lovely as any similar chandelier on the market at one-third of the cost, it was in-stock (compared to 10-18 week lead time with others) and was shipped in immaculate condition to me for free. Patrice was exceedingly professional, checking in regularly during the order, shipping and my installation window. He was also extremely knowledgeable as to the material and construction of their product. He knew off-hand the answers to my questions on construction and finish applications, I was impressed from the start. Top-notch company, my highest compliments and gratitude.

After searching for affordable shell-style chandeliers both online and through lighting stores, I was thrilled to find Kouboo! I contacted the owner through Houzz and he immediately returned my email answering my numerous questions. Luckily his company was located in my city. He offered to bring the light fixtures to my home so I could check size and quality. The shell chandeliers are absolutely gorgeous! The owner's professionalism and the product quality earns an A+.

I purchased a beautiful capiz shell chandelier. It was different than the other capiz lamps I found because the shells had a honey tint and glass beads between the shell discs. Since all products are handmade, this item was not available at the time but Patrice Gerber, one of the owners, personally advised me when the item was back in stock and set one aside for me. It arrived in perfect condition, on time, and well packed. Chandelier is as beautiful as I expected and the service was even better. Never had such excellent, attentive service. Thank you, Patrice.

I ordered a few different items from Kouboo for our vacation home in Florida. We wanted items that were different from everything else but that would not break our budget and that would fit nicely with our current furniture. First, they all arrived on time, which these days, one can't take for granted anymore. They were as described and looked beautiful with a hand made look that no machine can substitute. our guests often comment on them. And the best part? if you have a question, the folks at Kouboo are really nice, reliable and fast to answer, again a welcome relief from some of the other customer service in the market!
