When it was time to knock down our family beach house and build a bigger home for our expanding family, I am so glad I found Tom Degnan! Tom has amazing design skills and a great eye for detail. He is enthusiastic, very easy to work with and truly a wonderful person. Tom, David and all the Degnan Design crew, listened to what I wanted and offered excellent options within our budget. Our house turned out beautiful! All our expectations were exceeded, thanks to Tom and his team. I am pleased to recommend Tom Degnan and Degnan Design for any design or building project.

worked with DDG/DDB on a house renovation project that is nearing completion, and I have to say they have a great approach and team . From the office administration & design team to the carpenters, craftsman & laborers, they were great team to work on my project . I would highly recommend DDG/DDB for anyone who is seeking a single ‘design/build’ process rather then hiring an architect, going through the bidding process with several GC’s , which I found to be too much time and hassles.

We hired DDG/DDB to design and manage the renovation and expansion of our ‘split – level’ home. We wanted more living space as our kids were "soon to be" teenagers and we recognized that we would be looking to accommodate both the adults and the teens in their own separate areas. We didn't know what to expect since we knew that the split level is not an easy house to add on to. The DDG team spent the time to listen to our needs and wants, yet still considerate of our budget. We were so happy when the DDG team came up with a very creative design to expand the house & dramatically improve the homes circulation. Their ability to see beyond the existing layout and envision an open and flowing design was just what we needed. Now, our home is the source of continuous “wows” from visitors who expect a typical ‘split level’ yet we have a spacious multi level home which is ideal for our family. We truly enjoy hosting get-togethers as our Family & friends love and enjoy our home as much as we do. Degnan Design is a fantastic design/ build team– highly recommended !
