Rati, made my home a pretty place to live!!! There is a big difference between a good and an outstanding interior design firm. Working with Dekorati Interiors for the past few years has given me an experience of the latter. I had a whole house to design: remodeling and furnishing over 2100 square feet from floor to ceiling, this was a daunting assignment. Fortunately, I found Dekorati Interiors through my realtor friend. Rati and her team went far beyond my expectations, not only in designing every inch of my home, but in managing the entire project. With her expertise, we remodeled my entire home. I wanted my space to have a feel of our heritage along with my love for traditional pieces. She was able to create a very classic design with exquisite sourced furnishing pieces and custom details. She has an amazing eye for design, color, composition, placement and how to engage you in her thorough process. Her Design meetings were very descriptive & detailed. One of my favorite parts is the staircase wallpaper depicting our rich Indian cultural element. In short she was able to capture and manifest everything I could’ve possibly desired in my renovated home. Each room feels comfortable and organic but is also perfectly in sync with an elegant aesthetic . She has a very detailed document for the Contractors to follow for the Remodel and renovation that makes all custom details very easy for them to follow and implement. But whenever there is a confusion or question she herself or someone from her team will be there to address it. However, what sets them apart is the customer experience you get. Everyone on her team is extremely professional, while being friendly and warm. They hold themselves to the highest standard and it is a joy to work with them. She has a design aesthetic which is very custom to the clients and helps make their dream home a reality.

We initially approached Dekorati interior design (Rati) to put together a design for family and living room , but we loved the process and her ideas , so we had her do the design for the entire house. The cost of the overall project was a bit higher than I anticipated but am extremely satisfied with the final outcome. The house has been transformed to a beautiful home with upscale furniture and meticulously designed interiors comprising of both modern and traditional art pieces that complement each other. We are very thrilled with the way the media/workplace area has turned from a cluttered space to a multipurpose room with a workstation area , library place and gaming entertainment area . We received so many compliments from friends and family who visited our home after renovation. Throughout the complete project that spanned over an an year including the difficult times of COVID , the process was simple and the designer Rati understood my vision and made it a reality. We are parents, educators, and health care professionals. My husband and I are busy and honestly aren't good with decorating nor do we like to shop. My husband found Rati online and loved her style and she had top reviews. She was kind from the beginning which was important to us and helped us move things along. She visited our home and described the process and the prices. After the meeting, we decided to go with her and she really has transformed our house. She not only chose furniture, which was what we initially was looking for, but did minor construction to improve the living tv area, remodeled the powder room, put wallpaper in a massive staircase area, and remodeled a smaller space that I wanted to make into an office. The office was the biggest project for me because it was a junk room that she beautifully transformed by putting in built-in cabinets, desks, shelfs, and storage bench that maximized the space. She motivated me to clean it out and I am very happy with it. Rati also helped us change the window treatment in the kitchen and the living room that made a huge difference. She also transformed our master bedroom which looks like that it should be in catalogs. My husband and I love the bedroom and the kids love to watch movies in there. We have received many compliments on the house and look forward to hosting guests. She also had connected us with all the contractors which made the whole experience easier and she only works with people she trusts in her clients' homes. What was also great about her is that she genuinely loves kids and were always so kind to our children. Lastly, she responds quickly to issues and questions.

We worked with Rati for furnishing our home and it was a complete transformation from boring white walls of new construction to vibrant bold colors and elegant furnishing. One of the hardest part before hiring Rati was to find a balanced design which me and wife liked and we two have complete opposite taste. Rati researched everything well like the furniture type, fabric, layout, size, color, paintings etc which we both liked a lot, she is great to work with and always approachable and pays attention to detail. We decided to hire an interior designer as we love a beautiful space, but were confused on where to get started. From the very beginning, Rati was able to understand our taste and requirements and started proposing the changes. The scope was big, as we decided to do entryway, kitchen, dining, powder room, living, loft and master bedroom. During our design review meetings (which ran 3 hours), she was well prepared with her design boards and presented us all the options, her preferences and cost details. Coming out of each meeting, we knew significant progress was made. She presented new ideas and designs that we would not have chosen or thought of ourselves. Rati was very responsive during the entire process - either through emails, texts, phone calls. She has completely transformed our place. We needed more seating in our living area, and she was able to create that without making the area overly crowded. Our loft got transformed into a fully functional area for informal family seating. All you need is getting your contractors and have them implement the design/decor that Rati suggests. As the project progressed, I wish she had brought up budget constraints in consideration. Final installation was hard to do on video calls, and we wished she was present. Given how she has transformed our place, we would still recommend Rati. She has impeccable taste and aesthetic sense. Anyone who comes to our abode cannot stop appreciating it.

We took her help to checkout some of the latest trends and navigate the mind boggling options that are available in the market for setting up our furniture, lighting fixtures, wallpaper, color selection for interior, custom window treatments, counter tops, back splash etc for our living room, dining area, kitchen, powder room, entry area etc. Throughout this process she was very attentive, always available for discussing our needs and came back with various options available in the market and showed through pictures, design boards & 3D demos how the selected options would come together for that specific part of the house. Supremely talented! Of all the things you look for in a designer what you want most is creative talent and beyond all of Rati’s great qualities this is what stands out most. I worked with Rati and her DekoRati Interiors team for a Full Remodel of my home, including color consultation, flooring, lighting and furnishing selection. Rati was able to completely transform my home bringing together modern architectural elements and weaving together unbelievably amazing uses of wood, metal and tile.
