I recently worked with Daryl on a residential design project. It went really smoothly, and a lot of that came down to how prepared Daryl was going in. He had the relevant information ready before I had to ask, expectations were clear from the start, and it was obvious the project had been thought through before I was brought on board. Communication throughout was straightforward. Feedback was direct and timely, and there was never ambiguity about where things stood or what was needed next. Daryl has a solid understanding of residential construction which makes it really easy to have productive conversations and move through the design phase without a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth. I'd work with Delonix again and would recommend Daryl to anyone looking for a builder who is thorough, organized, and knows the industry well.

The coach house is amazing, and it really is everything that we envisioned (and more). Looking back at the initial meetings it is insane to see it all realized. Delonix took our thoughts and dreams (which were probably very vague) and made them come true.

We hired Daryl for a renovation to modernize our 80's home and are very happy with the final results. From the get go Daryl was responsive to our questions and we were able to complete our renovation in a short timeframe thanks to his guidance and organization. I had Delonix build a garage for me. They were very up front about their costs as well as their responsibilities in handling specific terms, such as clean up permitting, and they achieved all of their stated objectives. Daryl and the crew were very courteous and respectful of our space, and they completed the job on time. I am very satisfied with the work they did, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

A few months ago, when we decided to buy a house, we researched and contacted a few builders in Saskatoon. Daryl was the very first one who answered our inquiries. In just a few hours, we were able to set up a time to meet. The very fast response time made us feel valued as potential clients. We met at a showroom in Evergreen and we loved their work! Skip to a few weeks later and the build started. Daryl constantly communicated with us during every step and answered all our questions. My husband and I love the fact that Daryl listens to our suggestions and gives us advice on what he thinks will work and what will not. He was also keen on sticking to the budget we have set, and everything was just so transparent. We had moved in for 2 weeks now and our house is gorgeous. We have no complaints whatsoever.

We just made a home made from Delonix. Daryl and everyone at Delonix were very hands-on and very involved with the work. They were great to communicate with every single step of the way from buying the land to putting in the foundation to buying all the fixtures in the house and even after moving in. Daryl was also very mindful of not exceeding the budget that we had, which is great. Having options to acquire things ourselves was also great (like buying the sink that we love and the light fixtures). They might not be the cheapest in terms of price like other cookie cutter homes but compared to the quality workmanship, detailedness of work, and having be entirely custom built, they are the best.

We recently purchased a Delonix home and have been extremely happy with not only the great quality of the construction, but also the personable service that Daryl and his team offer. We would highly recommend Delonix to anyone looking for a custom home.

I spent a lot of time doing research on who to hire for A contractor for my 900 SQ foot garage. I am very grateful that we went with Daryl from DELONIX homes. The garage build was on time and budget. Daryl was very helpful from the start to finish. Very good work quality and knowledge went into the build. This custom build has everything that I had planned on having and Daryl's knowledge saved me money on his experience. He will build you your dream garage with keeping in mind how to get the most bang for your buck. His team and sub contractors were respectful, friendly. clean and efficient. Daryl explained to me very well about the process from the first shovel in the ground to the final nail. I loved how the invoice showed A breakdown of all cost from the garage furnace to the door lock on the man door. I know my family and I will enjoy and benefit from this build for decades to come.
