Denizen Construction LLC (Denizen Homes) provides clients with a fresh approach to home building and renovation for the Pacific Northwest. Founded in 2012 in Seattle, Washington, Denizen is a partnership of seasoned construction professionals Laura Rhodes and Chris Jolley. Their combined experience spans over 60 years of construction development, construction management, and real estate marketing and sales. We take pride in being a hands-on home builder, overseeing all construction and interior design services directly and interacting with customers through every facet of the building process. Most importantly, Denizen approaches projects from the owner’s perspective, providing a personal attention of detail to every aspect of craftsmanship, quality and refinement you demand.
