Designers & Builders were an excellent choice in doing our kitchen and fireplace remodel. Dustin was easy to work with, listened to any concerns we had, and came up with options when we found issues within our walls. He assisted us in making design decisions throughout the process and was good with communicating with us during the remodel. They subcontract with high quality tradesmen. Our project was completed on time. We would recommend Designers & Builders to anyone and will use them if we have another large project in the future.

Working with Designers and Builders was the first time we have hired a contractor for a project. We couldn't of asked for a better experience. We did a complete renovation of our master bathroom. They not only helped with picking out materials and fixtures within our budget, but they even got as detailed as to what colors would match up nicely. They were as CLEAN as they could be, professional, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. We would absolutely recommend them to our closest friends and family.

Dennis and Dustin of Designers and Builders Development, Inc are amazing. They were responsible for finishing our basement, and they did a perfect job. They were very communicative every day with everything going on and even noticed some flaws with our original builders that we would have never caught. I really enjoyed working with Designers & Builders Development, and have hired them again for smaller projects. They did a complete remodel of our home prior to us moving in. Almost every part of the interior of the home was touched: All new expanded and opened-up kitchen, laundry room, dining room, family room, flooring, doors, windows, three bathrooms and some of the basement was remodeled as well. We had very specific requirements in terms of materials and style, and Dennis and his team did a fantastic job executing exactly what we asked for. In addition, Dennis is extremely communicative - a must for any service provider I work with - and was always available to answer questions and go over changes and other ideas. He was on-site every morning and always followed up later in the day as well.
