Jon and Andrew Deverian and team built my home on Balboa Island in 2022-2024. It was during Covid and we had some supply-chain issues, pushing out our completion date by about 5 months. Jon had initially warned us of this possibility, that our timing was at the peak of delays and higher costs. Everyone was remodeling or building new WFH houses, and construction was booming. We needed to get started, knowing the downfalls of our timing. Throughout our 2+ years together, the Deverians couldn't have been kinder, more accommodating, or more helpful. Because I lived out of town, they were good at updating me regularly, whether by phone, email or Facetime while on-sight. They had insightful recommendations, as well as a good sense of what works in the climate. Were there some issues? Of course, there can be on any project. We had a dryer installed improperly by the appliance store, and we had some drainage issues during one of our rarest SoCal atmospheric rivers that came through after completion. DevCo was ON IT, efficiently. To finish our construction project and consider the whole Deverian family good friends speaks volumes. I love my new home, and they will always be dear to me.

My wife and I contracted with DevCo Homes to complete a significant renovation project for our home in Newport Beach, CA. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the people who made our house a true home. The project included renovating both the inside and outside of our home, which was originally built in 1972. Today, it looks and feels like a new, updated property. We are overjoyed. It is now our dream "castle." DevCo is run by founder Jon Deverian and his outstanding project management team of Jeff Nelson and Andrew Deverian. These are not only wonderful people to work with, but they are extremely knowledgeable about all areas of construction and renovation. DevCo excels at building new homes from the ground up as well as in significant renovations of existing homes. The quality of their sub-contractors and suppliers is first-rate, and they show up on time, are professional, and do superior work. We are also extremely pleased with the value we received, as DevCo delivered the finest quality of work and finishes at a predictable cost. There were no surprises. Our project included complete renovation of five bathrooms; construction of a new laundry room; an amazing new 14-foot metal/glass front door; extensive drywalling; new plumbing and fixtures; new cabinets; a wonderful new, expanded master closet; new hardwood floors; all new electrical wiring, fixtures, and a Control 4 smart system; a new smooth stucco exterior; the addition of beautiful stone to both the exterior and interior; and painting of the entire interior and exterior of the home. A major project extremely well-done. If you are building a new home or wish to remodel your existing one, you will be hard to find a better developer and general contractor than DevCo Homes!

Devco Homes did an excellent job building my home from ground up. His choice of subcontractors was excellent. He guided me in the way that was most efficient yet with great quality.
