DFW Improved

We highly recommend DFW Improved for your kitchen or bathroom remodel/upgrade projects. They did an excellent job with our projects. We especially appreciated having an on-site project manager( Cole), who was very responsive and knowledgeable. He also did an excellent job in sourcing the appropriate staff for each element of our remodels. They were all very respectful and efficient. We are pleased with our custom built cabinets and enjoyed working with our assigned designer Krista who sourced excellent material options for our tiles, countertop, paint colors, etc.

I recently hired DFW Improved to install plywood flooring in my attic to create a functional storage space. Kevin and his team did a fantastic job. They evaluated the joists, ensured the weight distribution was safe, and laid down the plywood cleanly and securely. The crew arrived on time, kept the work area clean, and completed the job exactly as I expected. I am highly satisfied with the extra storage space and would definitely recommend Kevin and the DFW Improved team for any attic utility upgrades.

I’m very pleased with the pantry remodel completed by DFW Improved. The entire experience was professional from start to finish. Our Sales Rep, Jacki Koch, came to meet with us and listened to what we were wanting in our dream pantry. Our designer, Jodi Blosser, provided multiple choices which made it easy to choose for our lifestyle and needs. Communication was timely and consistent, and the Project Manager, Zander James, was always available whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The tradesmen were professional, polite, and respectful of our home, and kept the work area clean throughout the project. The project stayed on schedule, and the timelines we were given were followed. I am very happy with our remodeled pantry and would definitely recommend DFW Improved to anyone considering a home remodeling project.

Zander at DFW gave me the best experience I have had with remodel work. I have had a number of companies and contractors work at various homes and never felt so comfortable with everything that was done as either DFW AND Zander. Very polite young man who knew his stuff. He never showed frustration or seemed irritated when I was picky about the process. He was very knowledgeable. If have have another project I will definitely work with DFW and ask for Zander.

They replaced the stucco on the front of my house and it looks so much nicer now. They also did some work inside my house on a couple of windows and painted.. The workmen were fast and professional. I’m very pleased with the end result. Shane was a great project manager. He kept everything running smoothly. He was always available when I needed him. Every day, the workmen completely cleaned up everything before they left.

This is the second time we used DFW Improved and Kliff as the Project Manager. We had two bathrooms to "reinvent" and are very happy with the jobs that were done. One was upstairs and the other downstairs. No problems, delays or missing tradesmen. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Kliff kept us up to date on what was going to happen and when. We just had an amazing bathroom remodel done by DFW Improved! Zander was great, very friendly, communicative, and easy to work with. My husband is a triple amputee using a power wheelchair and our old ADA compliant bathroom did not work very well for him. The shower was too small and difficult for him to get in and out of, which led to a crack in the shower wall tile where the bench attached. The vanities didn’t have enough clearance to allow his power chair to fit under them, while at the same time the sinks and mirrors were too high for him to use easily. I had a somewhat unconventional plan in mind for fixing these accessibility issues and DFW Improved made it all work out beautifully. He can easily use the entire bathroom now, with more space for his power chair, which means less running into walls or other things. We now have a soothing and beautiful spa like retreat in our own home!

I can’t recommend DFW improved enough. Jackie was our sales consultant. She has tremendous experience and knowledge on real estate and remodeling which was valuable when planning out our project and making decisions. Tiffany’s design eye and suggestions helped pull everything together in a clean and coordinated plan. Zander was a terrific project manager. His attention to detail and focus on quality is impeccable. On top of that his communication is top notch. I always knew how things were progressing and when things were occurring. Our experience with DFW Improved was exceptional throughout the remodel of our Master Bath. From the initial design consultation, through the material selections, and the demolition/reconstruction processes we were dealing with seasoned professionals at every level. Having a dedicated Project Manager (Heath) was a real bonus. He kept us informed on what would happen each day and constantly checked to make sure the work was to our satisfaction. It all ended with the clean-up crew who made it look and feel like a new room in our home. This business is a well-oiled machine I could highly recommend to anyone.

After flooding disaster, DFW came in and restored 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms back to brand new again. Drywall, paint, flooring, fixture replacements, the whole deal. These guys are excellent to work with, try their best to accommodate any specific requests, and work to get the best possible outcome while working within the insurance parameters and my schedule. Jason Storm is the best.

We had an extra room/ office space added using existing attic space and added additional counter space in our kitchen. Zander was absolutely great! He was very communicative, fun to work with and ensured we were satisfied. Although we had some challenges with the company and the finished kitchen product, Zander always took ownership and made sure items were addressed. He also came by often to check on the work which I appreciate. Five stars for being personable, taking ownership and being accessible and visible through the entire process!

While researching and interviewing multiple contractors for a full home remodel, it became clear that DFW Improved was the standout choice. What truly differentiated them from others were the people and expertise. Kenneth, our initial sales contact, made us feel comfortable from the start. He led with extensive knowledge and treated the project like a true partnership, which gave us a great deal of confidence in their business model and expertise. The design phase was equally impressive. Tiffany, the interior designer, is great at understanding the style and feel I wanted for the home. She made the selection process for paint, tiles, and all the finishing details straightforward, truly bringing the vision for the remodel to life. Phase 1 was a massive undertaking, covering the kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, painting, new baseboards, and new flooring throughout. Based on Tiffany’s recommendation, the fireplace was painted to enhance the modern feel of the living room. This was all completed along with a full kitchen remodel that included a new electrical panel, a full rewiring of the kitchen, and custom cabinetry. The workmanship is fantastic and every crew persons onsite takes pride in being professional and tidy. Phase 2 curtailed the master bedroom, walk-in closet, and bathroom. The master bedroom and walk-in closet continued the new bedroom door, baseboards, flooring and painting. The master bathroom was a full gut along with new windows, new bathroom door, along with new wall & floor tile, paint, and the installation of a soaker tub and toilet. I am incredibly happy with the results; the quality of the work is outstanding. I especially want to highlight the project manager, Luis, who was exceptional throughout every phase. His professionalism, deep industry knowledge, and consistent communication kept the entire project on track. I truly appreciated his calm demeanor; even when challenges arose, he always presented thoroughly researched solutions to help me make informed decisions quickly. Luis excels at balancing expert project management with a genuine commitment to customer service. By taking full ownership of the project and ensuring the quality of work from every crew person involved, he provided a level of reliability that is rare to find. I highly recommend the DFW Improved team for any major home renovation!
