We hired David to do a full remodel of our bathroom. David was unfamiliar with the material we purchased for the shower. As a result the material was not installed properly and had to be removed as it was ruined. David then walked off the job. New material needed to be purchased. David said he had ordered it. He did not. We had to purchase a second shower kit ourselves and hire a new contractor to finish the job David refused to finish. David said he would pay us for the new material we had to purchase because of his mistake but has yet to do so. Because we had to reorder and wait for the new material and find a new contractor what should have been a one week job ended up taking six weeks. This was the worst remodel experience we have had.

ASG / David Holguin has done many projects for my clients over the years. The most recent was a renovation of a townhome. I recommend his company because he is honest, fair, provides valuable input, doesn't cut corners, and needs little supervision. It is critical in my business that my recommended vendors reflect well on me and my reputation as a real estate broker. My reputation is my biggest asset and I feel safe with ASG.

David was highly professional and was the greatest communicator. We live out of town and needed a home fixed up to be sold. We couldn't be there to manage the house fixes personally and David took care of everything. He sent us pictures of progress and called daily with a report of what had been done. All work was done professionally and quickly. It was a great experience and I'd recommend David to anyone who need home repairs / remodels done.

I called David after another painter stood us up. Wish i had known about David initially! He was here when he said he would be, looked at the little job I had which was finishing up a bathroom. He said it was small enough he could do the job right then. He did a great job, was very pleasant. Yes, I would hire David again, and certainly would recommend him to my friends. The fact he is retired military is nice too. We like supporting our veterans.

ADVANCED SERVICE GROUP,/DAVID HOULGUIN provided excellent, prompt and thorough service. I needed a multi talented expert to go though my rental when tenants turned over. He handled all the details,from painting,minor plumbing minor fix it's right down to replacing light bulbs. GOOD WORK. THANK YOU
