"I love following up with contractors daily and making sure they do what we agreed to!" said no one ever. If you want a low-stress construction experience that doesn't take up your precious commodity of time, I recommend MIH's services. MIH takes you out of the day-to-day calls and follow-ups and gives excellent consultation on construction and design options. They are upfront with estimated costs and any adjustments needed throughout the project.

After seeing some work done by MIH Consulting, we were able to meet with Dia Hunter to discuss our basement project. Right away his professionalism stood out as he verbally took us through the steps of the project. Following our initial consultation, we met at his office to cover the detail and cost of our project. Our project entailed various phases and the respective specialist that were assigned provided quality work. Mr. Hunter reviewed the quality of the work performed before moving on to the next phase of the project, always checking with us to see if the work and progress was meeting our expectations. Dia Hunter managed and monitored the project very closely and the end result was a finished basement that we are most pleased with.
