Direct Decor was recommended to us. When I called, Anna came out to measure and was very thorough in helping me to choose the best hue of blinds for our new home. The installers came and were QUICK!!! I barely knew they were there before they were leaving. They were courteous, professional, and excellent! Anna was a wonderful rep to work with for our window covering needs. She was prompt, quick to respond to phone call, emails, or texts. And most importantly, she was truly knowledgeable about all of the products that she was telling us about. We had no idea what kind of window coverings to get, no idea what we were doing. Anna helped us step by step to understand the differences, pros and cons, of shades and shutters. I appreciate her help and professionalism.
