I looked on Houzz for a stager and out of the three I contacted, Doshia was THE only one who responded. She and her team worked quickly to stage an empty rental condo and within 24 hours, I received three cash offers over the asking price. Fabulous job!! In fact, she did such a good job, the buyer bought all of the furniture and art. Working with her was so successful and easy, that I hired her and her design "arm" OnPoint Design Group to help me update my condo which was tired after 12 years of "sameness." I might be a decorator's nightmare because I have very definite ideas of what I want and also an "I'll know it when I see it mentality." Not once did Doshia say "are you kidding me?" or "what were you thinking"? Her comments were "ok, let's move on". I never felt pushed into anything that didn't feel right. She was super easy to work with and has a great eye for color and design. Some suggestions she made about eliminating things that did not add to the overall look I was going for, were met with resistance on my part. However, when she wasn't looking, I did what she suggested, and, what a difference her suggestions made! Staging is difficult. Show off the best things about the home, deemphasize weak spots, help the buyer visualize the home's potential, yet make the home, not the staging, the star. Doshia has mastered that craft. Her staging is tasteful and understated. We got nothing by glowing reviews of her staging, but what matters most is our home sold and sold for more than we were offered pre-staging.

Jeannine Ryan of Nonstop Staging redesigned my master bedroom and I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome! Previously, my bedroom was a drab, disorganized, uninviting space overcrowded with furniture. Jeannine chose a color scheme that complimented the existing wall paint color and duvet cover. She rearranged the furniture and removed overlarge items vastly improving the layout and flow. She discovered paintings, pictures and furniture in our basement and attic and was able to use them to decorate the walls and create a functional and inviting reading corner in very little time and with very little expense. The colors that Jeannine chose pulled all the elements of the room together and it is now my favorite room in the house. I couldn't be more grateful to Jeannine and impressed by her design skills.
