Doug Howard Builders, Inc.

Doug will talk about his punch lists and quality and all the other things in his used car sales pitch. But when the rubber meets the road his quality is awful. He doesnt follow through on his warranty and many homes have had issues with leaking which allows mold growth within the walls. Oh and he and the realtor will promise low taxes until this year when him and his realtors pal moved onto county commissioner. I would never use Doug to build a house.

My testimonial differs from most. The quality of workmanship and many little extras become apparent the first few minutes of the viewing which means custom, obviously! I am going to touch on Doug Howard’s INTEGRITY. He follows through the whole process as he initially promises. If something isn’t right or it doesn’t satisfy you, he doesn’t give you run around or make excuses. He simply solves the issue. That's what makes Doug Howard Builders Stand Out. Many builders are only interested in your money not your satisfaction. Doing what the right thing to do is more important than a little more profit. Doug's word means something!

I have used Doug Howard Builders for a remodel project and a new house build. The finished products were fantastic and his subcontractors are professional and friendly. The quality is superb.

We couldn't have asked for a better builder. Doug Howards attention to details doesn't fall short of anything but perfect. He is timely, stays on budget and makes brilliant recommendations when it comes to colors, stone work, granite and other interior or exterior designs. I'd recommend him to anyone building a $200,000 - $5,000,000 home.

Doug has done work for me on several occasions and will continue to use him and any remodeling or any other construction needs. He is easy to work with and been by far one of the best priced contractor I've used. He stands behind his work and I've never experienced any negative results.

Doug was very easy to work with and very accommodating. He provided us with great examples of finishes and provided us with great ideas. If we changed our minds on something Doug never gave us a hard time he was very understanding. We would highly recommend Doug on any building project.
