I have shopped at Ethan Allen before and was always pleased with the quality of the furniture. This time we were extremely lucky to have had the pleasure of dealing with Diane Plessas. She understood our needs and was able to translate our vision quickly and with an even better look we had anticipated. She was punctual with her appointment, took meticulous measurements and when we met with her the following week, the presentation of what she had put together was spot on. Diane has a very calming quality, listens attentively and shows you the possibilities of your vision before you are even done verbalizing them. We were and are beyond happy. gShe will be the go to designer for this family and i will certainly recommend her to our friends.
