If you would like to hire a contractor who is knowledgeable, experienced, honest, trustworthy and knows the inspection system thoroughly, Mr. Thomas is your man. I would hire DPT Construction again without reservations--they are true professionals and worth the price. My 1952 house was gutted and renovated with state of the art systems and materials. It took 9 months and our relationship was always very pleasant, Mr. Thomas took the time and effort to explain issues as they came up and advised when needed. The crew was always respectful and kept a clean job site.

I had the opportunity to work D.P. Thomas Construction Inc. on a project in Lumberton NC. This was a historical home being brought back to its original charm. Having worked on many projects such as this, I know that it takes a particular type of expertise to take on such a venture. D.P. Thomas Construction had a fine eye for detail and the patience and skill to bring back the original beauty of this home. They took great care to preserve what could be salvaged and the new construction blended in with the original design. They did an amazing job and I would highly reccomend them.
