We had Dream Baths by Kitchen Kraft remodeled our master bathroom and the project was completed in December, 2020. Our designer was Courtney Maher. Everyone at Dream Baths was very professional and reliable. It was a pleasure to work with Courtney to design our new bathroom and especially the shower area. She was very attentive and patient while we were telling her what we would like or dislike. She made valuable suggestions to help us to make the ultimate decisions. We were very pleased with the final design she came up with. Courtney explained everything explicitly and patiently answered our questions. She always made an effort to make time for us and always promptly got back with us after being contacted. She followed up on our requests or concerns we had or anything we had asked her to check on. Our project manager, Chris, always kept us well informed on each step of the project. He worked around our schedule and made adjustment when necessary. He kept us abreast of any inspections and delays due unforeseen circumstances. The workers from Dream Baths were very highly skilled and did their job well. They were all courteous and on time. Despite the fact that the project took much longer than it was planned and we anticipated, because of unprecedented circumstances in 2020, we are very pleased and happy with our new bathroom. Thank you very much to the entire team at Dream Baths especially Courtney, Chris, and Roy.

We recently made the decision to remodel our master bathroom to “age in place" with more ease. After exploring other sources we met with designer Courtney at Kitchen Kraft/Dream Baths. We found Courtney to be personable, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. After listening carefully to what we hoped to accomplish, Courtney offered creative ideas and options to explore. She created a design that accomplished everything we were hoping for. She was attentive to our needs and skillful in incorporating the plans and products to best meet our needs. She made the experience which seemed initially daunting to be a pleasure. Courtney’ assured us to expect the highest standards of quality workmanship, so we felt confident about our decision. We’re delighted to report she was right in every way! Without exception every worker was courteous and skillful. Because of the quality of craftsmanship of Adam, Fred and Scott, our installation was accomplished to our complete satisfaction.

We had Dream Baths by Kitchen Kraft design and build our bathroom remodel. Courtney was amazing, designing with insights into what might be needed with my mother with dementia living in our home. It made all the difference to know that I wasn't doing, or not doing, something I would regret later. With our older home, we also wrapped a few other things that needed correcting into the project too. We started the project in August 2019 and it was mostly wrapped up in November, with a few small items lingering due to supplier issues. I always say you get what you pay for and that is true here. I always got what I asked for, or a reasonable explanation and better alternative. Phone calls, emails and texts were always returned promptly. On-site folks (Bill, Dave, Fred, Mike) plus a bunch of others were all professional, clean, courteous, and great with my mom. We love the results and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Dream Baths, and Courtney Maher, worked HOURS on designing the perfect bathroom for us. Courtney came to our home and evaluated our space then designed a bathroom and closet way beyond what we could have imagined. She was in frequent contact with us, and our contractor, on the supplies and timelines. I would highly recommend this company and designer for your bathroom.

Great job. On time (barely). Quality work done right. Looks beautiful. Only problem was discovered after taking the first shower. Sliding glass doors leak in the middle. The door installer said the sliding door should be next to the shower head. Ours is just backwards. A wash rag in the middle solves the problem.

Very happy with our master bath/bedroom remodel. Design process was excellent - Al Deen was very helpful in making our vision a reality. Justin as project supervisor made sure we were happy with the final result.

We used Dream Baths to remodel our Master Bath in July 2014. The designer was excellent and worked hard to find a design that blended our much needed functionality with our style. The installer Tim, was great! He was punctual and cleaned up each day. Tim’s professionalism along with the streamlined process was vital to our project moving as planned. If there was any interruption the Site Supervisor notified me or my husband and offered a solution. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of remodeling a bathroom to visit the professional team at Dream Baths.

Everything turned out better than expected. I wouldn't change a thing. Our designer was great to work with and very accommodating with our needs and kept on schedule. Their installers were respectful of our home and kept things tidy. I'd recommend Dream Baths to anyone for a bathroom remodel.

We are in the process of renovating two full baths and one half bath. Dream Bath has been easy to work with, explained everything, didn't use pressure for the sale and gave us a chance to review the contract before making a decision. We interviewed seven businesses before making a decision and all of them only offered to cover the existing area or offered inexpensive looking surrounds. Dream Baths offered the tile we wanted, showed us a design created for us instead of "this is what I have", and Dream Baths price was in the same range as the cheap looking estimates. Al, the designer, came up with great ideas that fit our style and walked us through the process of selecting the materials. Justin, the project manager, really knows the engineering aspect of the project. Jeff, the craftsman, is neat, hard working and is doing an excellent job. His attention to detail is perfect. He is treating our home like he is working on his own. Dream Baths worked with us on the time line, because although we signed the contract in October, we didn't want to start the work until after the holidays. We are very pleased with every phase of working with Dream Baths and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a bathroom remodel.
